    La unidad del lado del golfo se ha actualizado recientemente con nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina, puertas de gabinetes con cierre suave, nuevas encimeras y nuevos pisos de tablones con apariencia de madera en la sala de estar / comedor y el recibidor. El nuevo piso de aspecto playero combina con los nuevos muebles de salón azul / gris / amarillo, complementados con nuevos cuadros de pared y lámparas. Ambos baños también han sido actualizados.

    Esta unidad cuenta con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y dos camas individuales en la habitación de invitados. Disfrute de televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y en los dos dormitorios, con reproductores de DVD en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio principal. El comedor tiene capacidad para 4, más 3 asientos en la barra de la cocina. Aunque la vista es un poco limitada, se sentirá como en casa en esta unidad acogedora.

Great Location!

Loved the location! Property a bit older, but clean and nice. Our condo was spacious and clean. It definitely could use an update on the furniture. Couches and Bed, Feels like it's very worn out. Not very comfortable.

Luxury price, moderate accommodations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would suggest people shop around before choosing to stay at this property.Pros: This property is on the beach with very easy access and is less than a 5-minute walk to a bunch of shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach is massive and beautiful and there were plenty of chairs, space, etc. If you don't want to be in the middle of the foot and vehicle traffic and/or hear bar music sounds until 2am, then this probably isn't a Pro nor the unit for you, but it's appealing to some. Overall, the facility itself is a little dated and could use some tech and amenity upgrades, but there are worse places. Those are the best Pros I could come up with.Cons: The unit we were in was priced like a luxury resort, but it looked and felt like a standard spring break hotel. We didn't feel the need to complain, it was just a mix of cosmetic issues and stuff that's uncomfortable/inconvenient and should be better given the price.

Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice relaxed week in Paradise aka Siesta Key Florida.We have stayed in HOTS many times because it is clean, safe and well located right on the beach. This particular stay was up to the usual standard and we would be happy to recommend HOTS as a cool place to stay.

Great location

We had a wonderful time at the House of the Sun! The property management company was great and very friendly. Our unit was a little dated and the kitchen needed more stocked. There were only a few small skillets and very few bigger bowls to cook and serve with. The other thing to note is that you are limited to only two beach chairs and then you have to pay for more. Outside of these few items….our trip was awesome!! Beach, pool and facilities were great….thank you!

Great Beach Average Condos

If you stay in a unit too close to the road the live music across the street from House of the Sun will be very loud until around 11:00 pm. Units on Siesta Key are getting beat up due to popularity of the location. Beach was packed…too crowded. Not worth the price you pay any longer. Management was very friendly.

Reviewer Comments: Property was in a good location, but this unit sits closest to the road with very loud music playing from about noon until midnight. We enjoyed those bars/eateries, but Was difficult to WFH on the patio in the afternoon or sleep before 12 am. Clean, but no extras like toiletries or condiments, dish soap or even a sponge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything couldn’t have gone any smoother from checkin to checkout. We had one small issue with a shower head that was fixed the very same day.The only suggestion would be to add Wi-Fi capability to at least one TV for renters to access streaming. A simple Roku would do the trick.Location within Crescent Beach is perfect, and direct access to beach was a dream.

Location!

Nothing can beat the location of this place. Right by the beach and some little shops right across the road. We had a great time and we would travel here again.
