The house is amazing. So much light. The views were amazing. The house is beautifully decorated with beach theme. Very spacious. Everyone had their own space yet we had many gathering areas. Pool area and patio was a great addition. Only a very short walk to the beach.

Family trip

We had an excellent time at this propery last week. Had a group of 15 people and everyone loved the home and location. The house is larger than pictures let on. Pool was heated and kids had an incredible time swimming every day.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for my large family. All families had their own space as well as a gathering place inside on the main floor, for meals and games, but a great outside area for lunches and pool. Great walk to Beach access 10. A little longer walk to the village but the Frog Hopper vans were easily accessed. Loved the house and the location. The pictures on VRBO do not do the house justice. It was absolutely beautiful.

5 families on spring break

We had five families on spring break and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living room, outdoor pool area, and club room provide lots of different places for groups to gather.

Great location, amazing house!

We loved the property - it was big enough to fit a big group of my friends and their spouses, we could easily walk to the beach, walk into town, etc. I dont think we needed a car or uber the whole weekend. We would def stay again - 10/10

A Chance to Relax

The property was beautiful and very well-equipped with a wide variety of things for your vacation pleasure. For families with small children there are pack ‘n plays, high chairs, baby gate and games for all ages. The pool was lovely and so warm! Everything was clean and inviting The office responded immediately to our questions or concerns. It is close to the BBC each and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Nicely arranged for space to spread out or join together. I highly recommend it to families.

Perfect for Our Family Reunion

My mother was born and raised on Siesta Key, so we choose it as the destination for our family reunion. We wanted a house that was within walking distance to the Village and had easy access to the beach. This house fit the bill! Check-in was a breeze! The house was perfectly cleaned. Our only real issue was that one of the bunks (with a full size bottom and twin sized top) was structurally broken. So we did have to buy aerobeds and sheets for the kids that were supposed to sleep there. The property manager was very responsive, and compensated our expense with a gift card to a local restaurant. Only real recommendation for improvement was window coverings for all sleeping areas. Other than that, house was great! Our family was there during August (super hot & humid) AND the Red Tide (beaches covered in dead fish and toxic air) but we still had a blast at the house with the outdoor dining/bar space and the pool. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Annual family gathering

This is our 2nd time at this property the hot tub work this time which was our only complaint last time period The property could use a little moon maintenance don't door handle falling off stains in shower Wet marks on the ceiling and living Room needs paint

Really close to the beach

The house is really close to the beach with all the beach supplies available. The house is big and with a nice pool. If I would change something would be the mattress from some rooms and the showers that don't come out a lot of water. But we had a great experience!

AMAZING PLACE!!!!!!

If you are looking to book a place in Siesta Keys for a big group...stop right there!!! THIS IS THE ONE!! We were a group of 22 people. This house was so big and we had so much space to sit or eat. Exactly as described on the listing or even better. First, cleanliness and decorations was very good. Location- I read it was a few minutes from the beach, I would say like 5 mins walking but the fact that you end up in a "private or secluded" part of the beach is a big plus. Its like 13 mins walking to the Village which we preferred due to parking. Equipment- this is the best equipped kitchen! Also, the fact that they had beach chairs, little wagons to carry things and beach towels was soooo convenient for us. Beds were super comfortable in all rooms. The patio was peefect, with two bbq grills. The jacuzzi worked fine. Tons of parking in the garage for big groups. Honestly, this place just added an easiness to our vacation. 100% recommended.

Nothing short of amazing

We were a party of 20 and the house accommodated us perfectly. Everything was clean and enjoyable to all ages. The beach chairs and wagons were a plus. The beach absolutely beautiful. We definitely will be back.

Terrific Ladies' Weekend Away - Awesome Sunset Views

We gave five stars for all categories. Location is wonderful with easy beach access. Great indoor/ outdoor space and layout for large groups. We have a few minor comments for improvement. None were show-stoppers. We would have appreciated a few staples - coffee filters, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, more soap in each room and kitchen basics (such as tea, coffee, plastic wrap, and cooking oil) would be a very welcoming gesture. It should be noted that sparkling clean also resulted in slippery floors and stairs. The lukewarm hot tub should have been checked before we arrived as the pool spa had issues with low water, automatically turning off the jets ,and the temperature was not hot enough. Calls to the property manager eventually got the jets working and the water temperature a bit higher, yet not to 104 degrees. Some of the shower fixtures are a bit loose and finicky. Consistent water pressure was an intermittent issue. On the third floor, there is one small bathroom for the three bedrooms. One of the sinks and a drawer needed repair. A couple of the bathrooms looked like they had not been updated to the standards of the others. We had bad weather one evening (actually a tornado warning) and while we were out, maintenance came in to the house and tied down and secured the outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, the chairs and other furniture remained unusable (we could not budge the ties) for two days even though the storm had passed the first night. We were surprised that they did not come earlier to re set up the space. It was also at this late time that the issues with the pool spa / hot tub were addressed. Maybe there was a communication issue with and between maintenance and the property manager. In general, the property manager was responsive to our concerns. On the first day she brought over some starter supplies at our request.

Perfect getaway for a large group

This property is everything! Close to the beach, huge backyard space, lovely pool and spa, and bedrooms galore! It was the perfect place for our group of girls and the beds were plentiful and comfortable. Kitchen was so great to cook in for a large group and there was always enough space for everyone. Beach entrance was a few mins away by foot and the house was very clean! Loved our stay and you will too.
