Our host Yrnanda was excellent in keeping us posted of available access and met us early for luggage drop off and a great tour of the property. Property amenities were fantastic and location was perfect for all our activities and eating out! Everything you needed was available for our Galentines annual trip! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Family Trip

My family stayed in the home from July 6th-11th. We had 7 adults, a four year old and 22 month old. Everyone had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and very clean. We had an amazing time swimming in the pool, playing games in the large family room and eating family dinners around the beautiful kitchen table! The house had every thing we needed. Everything about our stay was perfect. The people at Vunique Vacations made sure our stay was amazing.

Great stay in Siesta Key!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was perfect for our group. The communication both before and during our stay was great. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be near the beach and also wanting to enjoy pool and hot tub time onsite.

Beautiful home

We recently stayed at the Crescent Beach house for five nights in June. We had six adults and six children, aging in range from 3 to 14. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all of the perfect amenities to make a week vacation in Florida wonderful. The access to the public beach was about 800 steps from the front door; making it easy to get there and back with children. The check-in process was beyond easy, as well as the checkout process-easily the smoothest of any rental we have stayed at. Property managers are extremely responsive and helpful prior to your stay and throughout the stay for any needs that you have. We often stay in rentals when we go on large family trips and this one exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are laid out nicely to provide privacy when needed. The large kitchen table was wonderful to accommodate all of us for dinner each night. Beautiful home making our trip amazing. Thank you!

it would be nice if there were sand toys etc for the beach a toy chest of sorts so you didn't have to go and buy all that stuff and then leave it for what? Also, there was not a pen or pencil paper etc anywhere that we could find.

Amazing Vacation!

The house and property are exactly as depicted in the photos. Everything was 100% first class and spotless! Our kids had the time of their lives and loved sharing the house with their friends, infinitely better than being cooped up in a hotel room. Nice walk to the beach, made even better with the supplied wagons, coolers and beach chairs. I’m always worried that a rental house isn’t going to live up the photos, I can honestly say this house surpasses them!

Amazing Luxury House!

This house has the perfect pool, space and location for large groups. We had 11 in our group with 5 kids ranging from 11 mo to 13 yrs old. We watched the Super Bowl in this amazing living room and kitchen. The kitchen table seats 16 people!!!! The kids wanted to spend their time in the pool and the hot tub. Amazing location to the beach also.

Great for family gathering

Gathered the family for a visit and 90th birthday celebration. Excellent rooms for each couple that flew in from all over the US. Enjoyed the spaces, living room, balconies, and pool area to socialize and build family bonds. The property was super clean, well-appointed, modern, and absolutely perfect for our gathering. This all culminated in our big birthday dinner for 12 people. The dinner table was a key factor to accommodate the group and occasion. Exceeded our expectations!

Crescent Beach Place - Amazing

This was quite simply one of the best places we could have chosen to stay. We have all family and we just loved the place. The pool is amazing. The distance to the beach is not bad. The property manager's responsiveness was unbelievable. They are so great, I would look to stay at one of their places again if we are in Florida.We loved it here.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations and made for the perfect home base for our three-generation family vacation. The kitchen is spacious and very well-appointed. We made many of our meals in-house, and there was plenty of room for several people to prep and cook at the same time. The pool and patio area are awesome. Another area of the property that is well-stocked. Stacks of neatly rolled pool/beach towels just inside, as well as bikes, helmets, and beach gear in the garage. We visited during peak college basketball season, and loved the outdoor tv for keeping up with the games in the fresh air. The rest of the house--bedrooms, bathrooms, family room--are very true to the photos and served us well. Easy walk to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. Our best walkable meals came from the Toasted Mango Cafe (we had breakfast) and the Big Water Fish Market. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my dad, and everyone--from age 1 to 70--had a great time at this house and on Siesta Key! We started dreaming up our next visit. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect for a girls trip!

It’s conveniently located with the free trolley going right by the house, but not a noisy busy neighborhood. The rooms are all roomy, and well appointed! The pool deck was such a great way to spend a day having cocktails and snacks with friends. The kitchen… that ISLAND/TABLE! Just gorgeous. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is immaculate, and smells good. Beach access is a short walk (5-7minutes), and house has beach chairs, coolers and wagons to get everything you need to the beach.

Amazing location and great pool

Our stay was overall was great, the location is fantastic with restaurants and shops just a 5 minute walk away. The pool was brilliant and the hot tub gets very hot which is amazing for the evenings. The rooms were all good sizes with TV’s which was helpful. There is a bedroom off the living room which wasn’t ideal as the walls are very thin. If we had any problems the team were quick to get back to us though. Only suggestion would be to change the pillows! They felt like inflatable pillows which were very uncomfortable.

What a Place!

The home is amazing! It is the perfect place for family reunions, get togethers, or holidays. It has 5 master bedrooms, plenty of space inside and out. It also has a wonderfully large pool and spa and is only a short walk to the beach.

Modern. Clean & Perfect House to relax

Overall a great 10 day vacation. The beds were comfortable & the linens were nice. Nice modern decor. We really appreciated the washer/dryer on both floors. The kids loved the pool! If you prefer more privacy, request the B unit. It has more parking (some off the main road) and whoever stays on the A side can’t see you. We had unit A and the people staying on the B side could see us anytime they wanted from multiple vantage points. I don’t particularly like that. Honestly, that’s the only complaint or could have been better detail.

WOW ... just WOW!

We came together from across the country to meet at the house in Sarasota and it was more spectacular than our expectations! We had a blast in the house, LOVED the kitchen and kitchen table that allowed us to dine together each meal! The owners just need to install a train around the table top to facilitate easy passing! LOL! We LOVED the pool and the waterslide! We had one issue with the elevator getting stoped (pretty sure we bumped the stop button on the way out) but the property manager responded quickly and the technician was prompt and efficient! We didn't even know he was there until he told us it was fixed and he was leaving! Speaking of the property manager, she was in touch before and throughout our stay and was very helpful. LOVED the location and beautiful beaches, and of course the HOUSE!! Would (and have) recommended to others!
