Everything about this rental was easy & comfortable. Good communication, listing as described, nicely furnished. We enjoyed cooking at the condo & everything we needed cookware, utensils, etc. were available. Used the grill outdoors a couple of times and it was nice as well. The furniture within the condo was very comfortable! Fell in love with Crescent beach and it was so close to the unit. Family was very happy to find Walt’s Fish market and ate there a couple of times. Also Detweiler’s Market was a great place to purchase wonderful produce! Would not have changed a thing about our stay! A good time was had by all within our party! Thank you so very much Frank & Dorothy!!! Sincerely, Janice Tinch

This is an amazing place to stay!

Frank, is always an amazing host and this is our second time staying at his place. We've stayed at other places in midnight cove ll but his has been our favorite! Frank has also been very quick to respond back.Thanks!

Excellent Condo on Ground Floor

Overall, we loved everything about this condo! The condo was very clean and well stocked, the pool was nice and close, easy walk to the beach, and nice sitting area on the intra coastal waterway.The only thing we missed was a lanai for us to sit to enjoy our morning coffee or evening cocktails.Would highly recommend staying here!

Delightful Accommodations

The unit is very nice and well equipped with plenty of room, comfortable beds and a wonderful bathroom off the master bedroom. The kitchen is by far the nicest that I have ever seen using VRBO. Frank, the owner is very accommodating and will quickly reply to any question, concern or issue you may have. All in all, I will certainly recommend this property to anyone who is interested, although this may make it harder for me to rent for future use! With any property, nothing is perfect and I mention these items to be constructive and positive. For an 11 day stay, one roll of toilet paper won’t do the trick, so be prepared to get what you need when you go to the store. The outdoor closet that holds the beach chairs, fishing poles, etc…needs a thorough cleaning. I was quite surprised that there wasn’t some type of wagon to transport items back and forth to the beach across the street. To finish on a positive note, the pool is amazing and the complex as a whole is being well taken care of by the maintenance crew and office. We always enjoy our stay each year at Midnight Cove II.

This property is simply amazing. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Siesta Key beach across the street and the pool right down the walkway. Very quiet and clean. Loved it and will definitely be returning!

Siesta Key - Jan 2024

We loved our visit to Siesta Key! The condo has everything you need for your stay. Located in a quiet complex that has many amenities and close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and a small market within walking distance. Loved the free trolley that takes you into the village. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful place to stay. Frank had great communication. We loved the location with having so many choices of places to go to the beach. The place was well furnished and clean. Basically had everything you need. I’ve stayed in many places where they provide 1 pot or 1 pan. They had everything we needed to make meals. This is important to us since we only usually only go out to eat 1-2 times. So having the extra cooking items available was great. The grills available are great too. Frank also has beach chairs, towels and an umbrella available for those beautiful beach days. We only used one of the beds during our stay. The King bed was very comfortable! It’s one of the things I often worry about when booking since I a lot of times will have issues with my back. It was a soft bed. Thanks so much for renting your home with us. When we come back we will definitely try to book with you. However we did want to bring our kids and they girlfriends next time so we would need something bigger. Otherwise if it’s just my hubby and I and 2 of our boys we will stay there.
