The Property Manager is very communicative and quickly answered all of our questions.The unit was beautiful and clean! All appliances were brand new and worked perfectly. You are steps away from private access to the beach and it was so convenient being so close! They provide beach towels, wagon, two beach chairs and a small cooler so it’s easy to bring all of your items with you on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property! Beautiful beach! We had a problem with one of the showers and it was solved right away.The communication with the management was excellent , they reached to us several times though texts to make sure everything was ok.We highly recommend this property!

Great overall stay Looks like the place may have never been rented before and fresh out of a remodel Dishwasher not mounted I think the wash machine leaked pretty bad. We did 5 loads of laundry and 2twice there was a bunch of water coming from the closet by the laundry.The vent for the dryer does no vent to the exterior it vents in the closet and fills with hot air and moisture when running, you can already see the shelf de laminating, if not remedied mold with appear really soon. It was also hard to keep a comfortable temperature when the dryer is running all that hot humid air is not comfortable. Also the shower upstairs did not get cold, it may be hooked up wrong. Fix those few issues and it is a great place

Great location

The location is convenient to the beach but there is a lot of construction across the parking lot. We were not told about the key fob for the beach gate until we got there and had to return to our unit. The place was clean but needs some repair. The coat hook was off the wall, the dryer vent was detached and vented into the kitchen closet. The hose bib was corroded shut and the WiFi was awful. The place was clean and we did enjoy ourselves.

Easy check in, clean stay. Pool is located down the street towards the entrance, not much of an attraction however proximity to the beach makes up the difference. Would stay again.

Wonderful in every way!

The location was perfect - short walk or trolly ride to all of the restaurants, bars and shopping. The private access to the beach is wonderful - not as crowded as the main public beach. The condo was exactly as portrayed - very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this property and it’s proximity to the best beach in the USA! One little minor point: when we arrived the back door was ajar/open. I assume the cleaning service did that. You might want to inform them to close and lock the doors after cleaning.

Overall we had a nice stay. The only downfall was that the roof was getting replaced while we were there. A heads up from the management company would have been nice. Overall we had a good time, it just made it hard for our baby to nap while the work was going on.

First time using Vrbo

Although there were many choices this one caughty my eye due to the beach access being close and the cleanliness of the unit. All the menities were there including beach carts and Mini toiletries which we did not expect. when having questions the reply was fast. Really had no issues.

This is the second time we have stayed in these units. Very nice location to beach and not loud and crazy like the high rise units can be. Unit was nicely remodeled. Only issue was cleanliness. Found stuff in dresser drawers and socks in the chairs. Other than that would definately recommend.

Nice retro experience

This is a great spot if you want to experience what it was like to visit Florida "back in the day." It is not the most modern or updated place, which was part of its appeal for me. The unit was on a private road that led to the beach, which had a collection of rental properties from various owners. It felt a little haphazard, but I imagine this was how things were before large high-rises started crowding the area. Beach access required a key FOB to pass through a gate, and we initially only had one for 5 people, but I called the property management company, and they provided a second within a couple of hours. A few days before my arrival, I was proactively called to announce that the washer and dryer would be out of service. Disappointing, but the complex had a common laundry facility, and I was provided with a roll of quarters to get a few loads done (the washers and dryers allowed for mobile payment too). I also mistakenly had packages delivered after my stay, and the property management company immediately helped get them to me. They were very helpful and responsive. The only detraction was in the cleanliness category. Overall, the unit was fine, but the couch had seen better days, and for some reason, walking around barefoot resulted in black soles. The unit had a Swiffer Wet Jet, which I used to no avail. So be sure to have some convenient footwear to roam around the condo. ;-)

Perfect Getaway

It was a great vacation! Close to everything, house was clean, met some nice neighbors, would definitely stay there again. Beach chairs were old and umbrella didn't work, but other than that it was great.

Key Fob Inconvenience

This unit accommodates 9. What was not disclosed in the description is that entry AND exit to both the beach AND the pool requires use of a key fob. That’s all fine, except this unit only provides ONE key fob. We expressed our concern to the property manager immediately, and they were responsive, but the property owners of Unit 315 only provide ONE key. All other units were provided 2. To summarize: from the unit, the beach is about a 3 min walk to the gate, and then another 3 min walk to the water. The pool is approximately a 3 minute walk from the unit in the opposite direction. My husband and I came to the unit with our 3 teenage daughters, who each brought a friend. So we had 6 teenagers with us. The problem is that everybody in our group had to enter and exit the beach at the same time, every time. We had an issue where our safety was compromised one day when several of our party left the beach to return to the unit to use the bathroom and grab some lunch. While they were gone, one of the girls with us cut her foot on a shell. It was bleeding and we were stuck on the beach. You cannot EXIT without a key fob. We tried to escort kids to the gate to unlock it if some wanted to go in, but it was a huge inconvenience to have to get up, walk to the gate, let them out, and keep your phone very accessible so you could get their call to go let them back in. (Again, approximately a 3-4 min walk each way from the water to the gate.) I felt like I was glued to my phone the entire trip. We will most definitely not be staying in this unit again solely due to this fact. I felt unsafe being locked in the beach, and forget allowing some of the kids to go to the pool while some stayed at the beach. That’s impossible with one key fob when the fob is required for entry AND exit at both the beach and the pool. Overall, I was extremely disappointed that this was not CLEARLY stated in the unit description. It is absolutely a safety issue. I am disappointed that the issue was not corrected during our stay. We paid a lot of money for our party of 8 to stay in a unit marketed for a party of 9, and I spent the whole trip glued to my phone running back and forth with a key fob.

Weekend Getaway

The rental was good for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids). It had everything we needed for our stay but some extras we didn’t expect (beach chairs, beach blankets and beach toys for kids). I loved that linens and towels were included. The location was nice - short walk to private beach. We drive to the village for all our meals.

Perfect place

The inside of this condo was very clean, nice and homey. It accommodated the 9 of us perfect. I was very thankful for three bathrooms. Lol Management was great! Ant time I reached out , they replied back within minutes. Walk to the beach was only couple minutes. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable. I recommend this place.

First time to Siesta Key

Found this place online. It’s exactly how the pictures look online. We originally were going to have 9 people but ended up having 5. It was perfect. Short walk to beach/pool areas. The rental had beach chairs. We had brought our own because you never know how the ones listed will be but they ended up being better than ours. Loved the privacy. We only ended up eating out twice during our week stay. Went to the grocery and made meals at the condo. Highly recommend!

Great location and very clean!

This property was great for our small family trip. Living space is small but ample for a beach house. A few necessities missing...coffee filters and blanket for pull-out. Close walk to beach!
