When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the left backyard and pool area, along with the entire 3rd floor of the 3 story building. This unit is on the 3rd floor and will not have access to the 2nd floor. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.
