Overall, the home is in a great location, it was clean, and very nice accommodations. The online VRBO indicated that the unit had an elevator. The elevator was not functioning, and we never heard back from the host about when and if it would be repaired

Late Spring Break

Property was ok. Needs major maintenance on it doors! One to pool didn’t work at all, door to pool via the garage is falling apart, bathroom sliding doors don’t stay closed or can even be latched. Elevator does not work! All of these issues have been a problem for multiple prior guests. Seems like management knows about everything but nothing is being fixed.

Excellent location, great house for large groups

We were a group of 8, and this property was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The house is well-appointed and comfortable for a large group. The location is close to the beach and the village - we could easily walk to both. The pool area is nice and the upper deck has a great view.The reason I would give it a lower rating is that several issues came up during our stay that were not corrected. We were told before we arrived that the back door lock was broken and they were trying to get it repaired. The lock was not repaired while we were there, and the door didn’t latch completely which caused the pool alarm to go off at random times (even in the middle of the night). Also, the elevator didn’t work. The property management company said they would try to get it repaired, then informed us that it needed a part and couldn’t be repaired during our stay. Since no one came out to look at it, the issue must have been known even before we arrived, but we were not informed of it. That made it difficult for some in our party who can’t easily navigate the stairs to the third floor several times a day.One other thing to be aware of - the “hot tub” is not really a hot tub. We thought it wasn’t working correctly, since it wasn’t reaching the temperature of a normal spa. We were told that it will only reach a temperature 20 degrees warmer than the air temperature (eg, if it’s 68 degrees out, it will only reach 88 degrees max.).

Great space and location but some broken things

It was a great space and location. However The pool alarm did not have a unit on the outside so every time we opened the pool door from the outside to come in it beeped. And with a large group, it was pretty much beeping incessantly. Also the fans outside on the patio do not work.

Siesta Key house

Plenty BIG with 6 bedrooms. Heated pool. Kayak and paddle board available to use in the canal. One toilet was not cleaned and was stopped up with broken plunger and broken toilet brush when we arrived. Management was very pleasant and toilet fixed the next day. Would stay here again.

Great House & Great Location

The house & location was absolutely perfect. The canal was perfect to fish in & kayak in. We loved the place! The only thing that I did not like was dealing with the property management company. They treat you like you are stupid & you are bothering them. Besides that it was wonderful!

Amazing vacations

We were three families, coming from diferent countries, we spent an amazing days in Siesta key! The house is full equiped, great common areas to share, the rooms were so confortable. The house was perfectly clean.

Great family trip

Beautiful property, perfect location!! So close to town and beaches, but just far enough away to feel quiet and relaxed, cannot wait to come back. The pool and spa were used daily. Excellent spot to do a little kayaking as well. So much space inside to spread out. Comfortable beds all around. The rooftop deck was frequently used. The views around the key are really amazing! Cannot wait to return. Thank you!

One month stay

The property was very clean. We had issues with the hot tub but that was fixed after about a week. I would like to recommend (as a possibility) to have the ability to make coffee on the first morning or have some chips or something upon arrival.

There were 11 of us that stay & the house was a perfect size! You couldn't ask for a better location. Beautiful beaches & a boat dock out back was perfect. I have rent many VRBO's every house I have stayed in has provided bath soap/gel & shampoo/conditioner this home did not. The soap that was in each bath was the size of a quarter. No pantry with leftover spices, laundry soap, etc. We left a full box of dishwasher pods & spices which I'm sure they won't be there for the next guest. It makes renting a house fell my like home.

Great home for a family reunion

Comfortable, beautifully decorated home! Lots of seating and a huge island kitchen for food prep and eating. The beds were very comfortable as well, good support for people over 60, and not the super soft mattresses that are frequently found in rentals. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. The only missing items were large serving platters. Those seem essential for a five bedroom rental. Walking distance to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. All in all, a lovely home.

Fantastic House!

This house was just as presented. Very clean, great decor. Massive kitchen table. We were group 10 - ahem…”Mature Women” we had fun like a bunch of kids. The house is in a great location. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops and other fun things to do. All in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very warm. Dealing with the property manager was a breeze. Highly recommend this house, if you haven’t picked up on that already!!

Great Stay

Everything went very well. House was in very good condition. The location was spot on. Communication with Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties was wonderful. Only negative was the floors were not very clean, but all else was very clean. Would stay again.

A nice stay at Siesta Beach

We enjoyed our stay at 515A Canal road. Loved the big kitchen table and kitchen. Pool outside back door was excellent. The unit could include more beach chairs and it has no umbrellas. Living room furniture could be updated as it’s very stained. Overall pretty satisfied!

Look no further!!!

This house had everything you need/want and then some. We loved the backyard and having the dock available for paddleboarding/kayaking was wonderful! We used that yard every single day! The property manager (Matt) was very responsive and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. The beach access is a short walk and the village is a 5 minute walk. I can't say enough great things about this gorgeous home!
