Beautiful Family Getaway

We had an amazing time! The beach was beautifully calm with tons of fish. Even spotted a Manatee swimming close by. Condo was perfect for our family.

Great Family Oriented Place

The beach is great. In our stay it was calm in the morning a little bit rougher in the afternoon. The condo is in good conditions and very well beach equipped. The place was quiet mostly families just enjoying turtle beach.

Quiet 3rd floor condo with fabulous gulf view

Everything was clean, well appointed, comfortable, everything worked, even coffee that had crack was replaced quickly (Kudos!). Loved it.

First review ever

My family consisted of 7 adults and a 2 year old. The condo was super clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, very easy check in and out process. Lisa at sunny side properties was great. Excellent location, planning on coming back next year. Great place for a family.

Great experience

This 3 bedroom beachfront condo on the third floor is awesome. The view is awesome with a slow paced beach. We utilized the washer/dryer unit quite a bit! Plenty of seating on the lanai, living room area, and dining area. Public beach very close by. We didn’t want to leave!

Condo is comfortable, directly on the beach. Views from the screened balcony and main bedroom are spectacular. Beach is small and not the white sand beach of Crescent Beach but it’s quiet and private. Condo has all the beach equipment needed for a day at the beach. Pool is also very nice. Plenty of room for two couples or a family.

Quiet and Relaxing

The property was as described. The beach was quiet with beautiful sunsets. Heater swimming pool was great for the children.

Easy and worry free

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with many conveniences. Nice not to have shop for the “small things” for cooking. View and location was amazing! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Condo

nicely furnished and clean. 3rd floor, but, there was an elevator. The unit also had a washer and dryer along with beach chairs & beach towels for our use. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. Could have used a a 9x13 pan for the oven. The entire family had a great time.

FABULOUS

The property was just as expected. We so enjoyed listening to the sea roar, as property is about 30 yards from the beach! We really relaxed & enjoyed our stay. The best part about being on Turtle Beach was that the sea turtles came in the night and made nests of turtle eggs. When we left there were 7 nests. We are almost considering coming back in 8 weeks to watch them hatch!!

Nice Getaway

The condo buildings are older, but in great shape, overall. Our unit was very nice and clean. The view from the 3rd floor was spectacular. The beach is small in this section, but it had plenty of room for all of the beachgoers from the condo property. Caught a few snook from the surf and a few catfish from the canal. Overall, recommend this unit and this property.

Quieter location, good ocean views and beach access

3 bedrooms (one of which has two twin beds), we all slept so well with the sound of the waves at night. Quieter part of south Siesta Key, but the beach is nice and long still. Warm water Turtles restaurant is an 8 minute walk and Ophelia’s ($$$) is 15 min, otherwise you will be driving for food. We would come back!!

Ladies trip

Fisherman’s Cove, unit 304B was wonderful….spacious, well-equipped, very clean. We had the beach right outside our lanai and the bay outside our front door. The only down-side was the beach…dark sand, not the pretty white sand Siesa Key is noted for. Some parts were extremely difficult to walk on.

Vacation 2021

Loved staying at Fisherman’s Cove. This unit was just perfect. All questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the Bay Area and My grandson, DIL, and I loved the ocean side. The Condo was equipped with everything needed and I loved that it was not crowed on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

I thought this was a great place. We have stayed here before and this unit was much nicer. The furniture was all up to date and it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We are thinking about coming back for a month next spring.

Nice Unit and Fabulous Sunsets

Fabulous to be right on the beach. Not the pure white sand of Crescent Beach, but the kid’s loved it and it was great because it wasn’t as crowded. The unit was well equipped and had a great view of the beach. However there were problems with property management. The floors had not been washed which then of course makes me skeptical of everything else so I had to clean everything. Fortunately I had a big supply of disinfectant wipes. Vacuum cleaner had a bag so overstuffed with dirt it couldn’t be used. I didn’t find the housekeeping number until I had to find a contact for maintenance because the dishwasher wasn’t working. Too late for cleaning at that point and never heard back regarding dishwasher repair. Dishwasher is an important item for us when we are in vacation mode so we were unhappy about that as wellI. We were also unhappy with the 3% surcharge they tacked onto our bill for use of a credit card (no other option when you only book 90 days in advance). Normally we have been satisfied with VRBO disclosure of all the tacked on fees, but not this time. The checkout procedures they sent did not work so I went to the on-site office, but was told that they didn’t have anything to do with Sunnyside Properties so they couldn’t help us. In summary- great unit and location, but very disappointed in property management.
