Perfect location for a beach getaway. The apartment was beautiful and had a real nice view of the beach and the ocean. Shops and restaurants are located just around the corner and easy to reach. Check-in and Check-out process were very easy and explained clearly. Everything was very clean. We had a great time!

Lisa at Sunnyside Properties very nice and helpful. The condo was ok but the pictures did it more justice than it actually was. The lanai, view and beach were lovely but the building and the condo was quite old and worn.

This condo is clean, comfortable on a gorgeous white sand beach. Yet close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Ideal!

Couples vacation

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The master bdrm was great but the 2nd could have been a tad better. The Qn bed was not very comfortable for adults. The pool was beautiful, the area was perfect. Would stay again

We had an excellent time. Condo and complex were great. I have been coming down to Siesta Key since I was a little boy. This is the first time we stayed on Crescent Beach. We typically stay at a complex on Siesta Beach. We won’t be going back to Siesta Beach due to how much we enjoyed our stay in Crescent Arms 404N. We look forward to staying for our future visits to Siesta Key. Thank you for sharing your property.

Very Nice Facility

Really great beaches and very nice condo unit. The building hallways and elevator were older and not aesthetically pleasing, but most of our time was spent on the beach. The location is very good. Quiet area, and a quick walk or ride to several restaurants.

We have stayed at this Crescent Arms Condo complex for the past 4 summer vacations. This is the first time we stayed in this condo and it has everything you need for a great vacation. It has a great beach view along with a beautiful sunset on the beach. We would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful!

The condo was stocked with everything we could need from pots and pans, beach toys, towels, etc. It was beautifully furnished and maintained. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the beach and ocean! Other family members were staying in different condos and all complimented how nice our condo was. Would definitely stay again!

Great property with nice beach views

It was a comfortable beach rental with a great view. Nice beach that’s busy but not so packed that’s it’s uncomfortable. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen equipped well for rental. A few things I wish I had known. Tv is only low definition. Hard to watch football games. There also is no Roku or streaming device on the TV. That wasn’t ideal for the New Year’s Eve games. My first time to siesta key and biking on island didn’t seem safe but a short ride to Sarasota and the Legacy Trail is first class. Pompano park is best place for pickleball which is about 10 minutes away and right on the trail. Parking in complex is tight. You will get very proficient at parking in tight spots here.

This unit was very clean. The instructions were clear and we had no problems. This would be a 5 star with just a few maintenance issues. Nothing major just a few adjustments.

Great view

Our 1st trip to Siesta Key and at this condo and we were very pleased with our unit and the beautiful view. The owners had this place stocked with everything which was much appreciated! We definitely will be back

Location was perfect

Condo was accurately described in listing. The location is perfect, walking distance to eat, ice cream, shops and trolley to the village. Lisa the property manager was great to work with. Take your own fan if you use one to sleep, master bedroom did not have darkening blinds so it was bright early!

Relaxing home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is easily accessible and the view and sound of the ocean is so relaxing. Very comfortable condo with everything we needed.

Prepare to do laundry

The condo is very nice. The problem is I do not believe the bedding was changed and bathrooms where not properly cleaned. We found a lot of hair on the sheets and the bathrooms where not clean. We spent the first day cleaning!

Wonderful stay

ENJOYED the property and location. Beach was beautiful minus red tide😢 but family enjoyed the pool. Condo was supplied with anything you needed. Will come back again.

Great stay

Great location. Beautiful beach! Sand was so soft! Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend checking out jungle gardens and the mote aquarium!

Great location!

Everything was great but the condo needed to be cleaned better. The floors were dirty. Especially the bathrooms. There was hair everywhere. And mold on the shower wall. I would expect better when I’m paying a large cleaning fee. Also did not appreciate the cleaning people taking my things out of the dryer when it still had 20-30 minutes of time left that I paid for!!

The unit was very nice and clean. I was disappointed there was not a washer and dryer in the unit. There were coin operated machines down the hall so you need a lot of quarters.

Beautiful view. Place was a teeny bit dated but fine. Pillows could be updated. Coffee maker wasn’t clean when we got there but was easy to clean myself. Would be nice if they supplied enough TP / knee Rx for your stay. Overall a nice place
