Location, location, Location, that being said it could not have been better. Here are some things I believe should be improved. Please don’t put a water proof mattress cover on the king bed. That is a miserable experience perspiring during the night when you’re trying to sleep.The mattress was not comfortable, I don’t expect a 2000.00 mattress, but for the nightly rate we paid I expect better. Many of the kitchen utensils were worn out, egg pans etc etc. it just felt like they were trying to squeeze every dime out of things before replaced. I would give our experience with this unit 7.5 out of 10

Building was located directly on the beach, there was construction all around the building and in the room down the hall but the builders were respectful of early morning and nighttime. The rooms were clean, some staining on the bed comforters. Only 1 working elevator upon arrival and it stopped working temporarily leaving us to climb 7 flights of steps with my teenage son on crutches. I contacted them and they called about it the next morning and it was already fixed. The wind howled through the windows non stop. I asked for an extra set of sheets and they told me to wash my own. I had to download an app for the laundry, they're very small units and it’s 5 per load to wash and dry and you have to load 10 minimum in the app, so I lost 5 not using the second load. The beach was very nice but not a very large private area and the surrounding areas were also private leaving limited beach front seating. Four wheelers were on the beach starting at 730 am and right before sunset, they woke me up every morning and it’s not very peaceful while trying to watch the sunset. They did have complimentary beach chairs and you could rent umbrellas, which were reserved ahead of time and placed first thing in the morning as to get the good locations. Overall it wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t the best service or quality.

This was an amazing place to stay. We were a group of four and the views from this unit absolutely cannot be beat. They are stunning! It was very clean and had all of the things we needed in the kitchen to enjoy meals while we were there. We felt very safe in the gated property and there was plenty of parking near our unit. There were plenty of beach chairs/loungers put out every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations, we really couldn’t want for anything during our stay. The building and condo were very nice, literally right on the beach, had available covered parking and the management staff were very friendly. Dishes, towels, beach gear were all provided, instructions were clear and the AC was nice and cold. We had a very good time and would stay there again

Great Condo for Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband, two 20 year old girls and myself. When we arrived, it was clean and smelled very good. The rooms were a perfect size for the beds and our suitcases and belongings. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the beach and weather. It would be great if the porch was screened instead of glassed but we still had a great time snacking and talking there. The beach is pretty and the free loungers were great. Had a terrific trip.

What an awesome place!! Comfy house with everything you could need plus great amenities in the property with beach chairs and loungers right at the beach! Amazing views and one elevator ride from being on the beach! We even used the grilling area!

Great week in siesta key

Stayed in Palm Bay beach club on 7th floor. Great views looking to the right. Great sunsets on the beach. Unit was comfortable for 2 couples. Right on the beach. Lounge chairs available for free from the beach guy. Very cute carter! He also had a drill to get your own umbrella into the sand or you could rent an umbrella. There were 3 beach umbrellas in the unit but only the new one was workable. Agency we rented from supplied us with beach chairs as they didn’t know the building supplied them. The coffee maker must have been old. We made awful and different types of coffee each morning! The beds were comfortable. There were beach and bath towels. We asked for more bath towels in the middle of the week and they were delivered promptly. No laundry in the unit,just in the building. Guess I am spoiled. I like my own washer/dryer! Great reasonably priced restaurants close by. Publix close. Went on a boat ride thru I trip and that was a lot of fun too. All in all, the week was terrific and we would probably come back again…and we are pretty picky!

Amazing Beach Vacation

We stayed late-Dec / early-Jan and had an absolutely amazing trip. The condo is exactly as advertised and was perfectly clean upon arrival. Check-in was very easy and instructions were very clear. The master king bed is very comfortable; one of the best my wife and I have slept in staying at a VRBO. The kids room is nice and connects to the 2nd bathroom. Views from both bedrooms are fantastic. Our girls are 4.5 and 1.5 and the unit was perfect for them. Kitchen has everything you need for all meals. Location couldn’t be better; truly 20 steps to the beach when walking out the door of the condo. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Girls trip

We enjoyed over looking the beach. It was pleasant taking the trolly down town. The guest bedroom was nice having two queen. We did prepare our food in the condo. We did not have access to condiments or plastic bags or storage containers. .

Beautiful view and location

This was a perfect unit to enjoy Siesta Key from. It was decorated nicely and well furnished. There are extra beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and even toys for children to play with on the beach. We used the cooler provided several times. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful with providing chairs on the beach and any other needs. The view from the unit is spectacular! It was the perfect location for my friend and I to rest and relax. I would highly recommend this unit for a stay on Siesta Key!!!

Check in was a joke, so unorganized. Unit was not cleaned well. Dirty pots in kitchen, literally dried sauce and food on them. Some bugs found, including in kitchen drawers. Air conditioning was terrible in the bedroom near the living room/kitchen area. Like the heat was on! Windows cheap, severe wind whistling and rattling keeps you up at night.

Very nice location

Had a great time at the facility. Close to village and on the beach. Great communication with property team. Only improve my was locating the key to get in as it was not at the facility. We had to pick it up in a little office area/ strip mall key box which wasn’t anywhere near the property. All in all we loved it!
