This is a beautiful property! I love the layout ! If two families are traveling together you have two separate spaces but a large gathering place in one of the spaces! The beach is an easy walk from the property! The owner has buggies and chairs , everything needed for a fun day at the beach! The owner was very hospitable and helpful! We were very pleased !

Beautiful Home and even better location

Perfect set-up for our family vacation. Children with kids stayed in one unit, while Wife and I and other Children without kids stayed in the other unit. Main unit is perfect for family meals, conversations, relaxation together. Pool was a very nice daily break and the village and beach were closer than advertised!

Spectacular Siesta Stay

My family came to celebrate Father’s Day, my husband’s and my 36 wedding anniversary, and our daughter’s 30th birthday. It was a great vacay and the house was a major part of why that is. The units were perfect for us. The house was big enough and very comfortable. Due to the excessive heat and humidity, the pool was a great addition! The location of this house was phenomenal. Just a walk across the street was the beach. The beach was beautiful with its white silky sand and its crystal clear water. We were able to find many shells and took some treasures home. The house location was near the town and we were able to walk to it. Also, it was a few miles from Sarasota where we had some delicious meals. The house was also located by a road where if you’re a runner, you would appreciate it! You could run one way for up to 8 miles back and forth. The owner, David, was very easy to get in touch with and was very attentive to our needs. The residence was fully equipped with all the essentials one would need to cook and to celebrate. I would go back to 555 if we decide to visit Siesta Key again. Thanks, David, (and Lane) for a memorable trip!

One of our best vacations!

This property is amazing. So clean, plenty of space for everyone, great pool area and an abundant amount of beach toys and supplies. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and store meals. Plenty of beach and house towels. David, the owner, has gone above and beyond having the property ready for your group to have a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend!!

We had 12 people in this location with plenty of room. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to text messages. The house itself is beautiful. Great location

This place was perfect for a family vacation! The beach access was right across the street and it was easy to walk to downtown. The owner provided plenty of wagons, umbrellas, and plenty of towels for the beach. The heated pool was amazing, and the grilling area in the back was super cozy. House was comfortable and lots of room for everyone to have their own space.

I can't count how many times my girlfriends said "this house is so perfect!"David was so helpful and communicative - and the listing was even better than described. So close to the beach and away from the busy condo section; 10 minute walk to downtown or a free trolley ride; perfect backyard oasis. Highly recommmend for a group of adults or families. It was our first time in Siesta and we already can't wait to go back!

Easy walk to the beach

Had a great stay - plenty of space, the home was well stocked (towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies,) We enjoyed the easy walk 12-15 min to dinner each night. The heated pool was great- the pool guy came twice during our visit! David was terrific to work with- checked in several times. (Our only negative was the noise from the cars/trucks as this home is right not the main road - so a challenge it you are a light sleeper). Otherwise - highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving and Wedding in siesta Key

David was the property owner and easy to communicate with! We used both sides of this house- each side had its own kitchen and laundry! 6 bedrooms and plenty of outside deck space and a backyard pool. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a big help. Amazing Stay

The property is excellent. Location is ideal for beach. It is an easy 10 min walk to the village and 100 feet from beach access stop. You don’t have to worry about parking at all. The house is loaded with everything you need for going to the beach. Owner David is outstanding. Very easy to reach and prompt responding to texts . Exceptional stay. Highly recommended

One of best vacations ever

The owner David is awesome! He returns messages promptly and was always making sure we had everything we needed. House was great, we had 12 people and completely comfortable. Lots of linens and so many beach towels, you never need to bring any! Had so many things for the beach, more than I’ve seen at any property I’ve stayed. This place really made it easy to not have to worry about going to buy extra things you need at a house when you fly for vacation. Highly recommend it and will stay again. Quick access to private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all!

Fantastic Place for Big Family

This was an ideal place for 10 adults, 2 children under 10, and 2 babies. We had both units and used the front unit as our gathering space. We were at the beach in the morning and made good use of the pool ( shaded and comfortable) in the afternoon. David kept checking in with us to be sure we had everything and were ok since there was extensive rain and flooding while we were there, which we appreciated. Not obtrusive, just kind. David was a superb host and went the extra mile for us when we mistakenly left a valuable item behind. We also had a private chef for one meal which was delicious and super easy for us. We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Siesta Key with a large group.
