Tom was a great host. He was on top of the checking in and checking out process, making sure that we were able to check in as early as possible.The Condo was just perfect for us. Everything was clean and updated without too much personal stuff, very spacious for a waterfront rental unit.We try to visit Siesta Key for a week every few years, but have never taken the Trolley to The Village. It turned out to be a lot of fun, even stuck in traffic for quite a while, it was a full Trolley, and full of fun people.We will try to make this our place to stay when we visit Siesta again.

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Siesta Dunes. This condo exceeded all our expectations and is exactly how Tom describes it! The property was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering everything needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved having the heated pool in January. A big plus was the views of the ocean. Also, Siesta Keys is about 20 minutes from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport making it a quick drive if you are flying.

We always love staying at Siesta Dunes! Tom was a great host! He is very organized and communicative, which made our arrival and departure completely seamless. The condo was in excellent condition, spotless, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, and the views were absolutely spectacular! We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The beach, pool & view was stunning. Also great shell seeking. There were great restaurants nearby too. The location is amazing. Tom was very easy to work with & responded quickly if you texted him questions. I highly recommend this condo.

Excellent location and very clean. Awesome views! Appreciated having basic essentials for cooking and a cooler for the beach. I cannot think of one single thing that was needed that wasn’t already provided by the host. Siesta Dunes was clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous stay. The view was beautiful, the accommodation was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and it was nice to be able to use the pool and hot tub in the evening. Tom was so helpful and thorough, ensuring our holiday was going smoothly. The key code entry worked brilliantly too. 100% recommend and I am certain we will be back to stay.

This property was super clean with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need and the view was breathtaking. This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and Tom answered all of our questions even before we arrived. We will be back!

Great location of the condo. Just as pictured. Clean and well stocked with items if needed. Quiet. We enjoyed our week and loved the beach. Our 3rd trip to Siesta Key and this is the best place we have stayed. Owner is helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Fantastic as usual

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was as wonderful as the first time. All aspects from check in to check out are easy and convenient. Facilities at Siesta Key are top notch and the property is lush and tropical. The condo itself is immaculate and well cared for with all the amenities you need for a week on the beach. I highly recommend and will be back!

Beautiful Beach

Tom was a fantastic host. He responded promptly to any text or emails. The condo was very well stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and the view SPECTACULAR. Trolley stop right by the condo entrance. Checkin and checkout process was easy. Thank you so much!! We had the best time at this beautiful condo in Siesta Key! Everything was cleaned to perfection, the owner cared and communicated with us to ensure we didn’t have any problems. Best customer service I have ever had renting a VRBO. Oh, and did I mention unobstructed views of the ocean from the main living area and the master? Great place. Great people. Very Comfortable!

We enjoyed a most relaxing week in this wonderful condo with four adults. The view of the ocean and the condo complex is truly spectacular. The condo itself is updated and spacious, the remodeled kitchen is well-stocked and very well lit. The natural palette furnishings are in great condition making it easy to relax. The most pleasant surprise was that everything in this property was in working order! Kudos to Tom, the owner, who was terrific in his communications and property maintenance. The complex was well-maintained and the staff very helpful. We definitely plan on returning for another week.

Beautiful beach and pristine property

The private beach at Siesta Dunes was perfect for our family escape. It was clean, safe and far less crowded than other properties in the area. The property was immaculate with updates throughout. The kitchen has updated appliances and everything you need to have a meal in the condo. That said there were lots of great restaurants nearby with fresh local fish which we really enjoyed. The owner was in regular contact before and during our stay to ensure our expectations were met. Siesta Dunes is a great choice for a fun, safe family vacation.

Spectacular!

We just returned from a weeks stay at this property at Siesta Dunes. Some family issues necessitated a trip to the area so we extended our stay in Sarasota with a week in paradise. Great communication with the owner Tom from the start. You cannot beat the location and amenities at Siesta Dunes. Beautiful grounds, great location just 10 minutes to downtown area, awesome pool and the ability to litterally walk onto the most beautiful beach in America. The unit was spotless and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. All this with a million dollar view with spectacular sunsets. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation. 25 minutes to Sarasota Airport and close to Longboat Key and Anna Maria.Island. Great area and so much to do. We will definitely be returning to Siesta Dunes as soon as possible. 6-stars!!!

Highly Recommend!

This place was perfect for our family of four. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. The views are incredible, and it is a very short walk to the beach. Tom was very responsive.
