    Le invitamos a permanecer en nuestra espaciosa recientemente remodelado y renovado 2 cama / 2. 5 baños condominio situado en Midnight Pass Rd. directamente al otro lado de la calle de la hermosa (# 1 clasificado playa en los Estados Unidos) "Siesta Key Beach" !! Nuestro hermoso condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades de su propia casa. Un bienvenido respiro le espera con nuestra cocina recién renovada, baños renovados, muebles de muy alta calidad, TV led de 60 "en la sala de estar, televisores LED de 46" en cada habitación con wifi gratuito y múltiples canales de películas, 3 patios amueblados y sábanas de lujo para todos camas Nuestro condominio es una unidad muy grande de casi 1400 pies cuadrados. Dormitorio 1 tiene una cama king size, dormitorio 2 tiene 2 camas individuales y sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen size sofá.

    El complejo Bay Oaks se encuentra en medio de un frondoso follaje tropical en el Canal Intracoastal, justo enfrente del Golfo de México y de la mundialmente famosa Crescent / Siesta Beach, con su suave y fresca arena blanca. Siesta Beach ganó recientemente el título de la mejor playa # 1 en América para 2011. Disfrute de bombardeos, correr, windsurf, voleibol de playa, o simplemente tomar el sol en esta hermosa playa. La entrada principal es un corto 1 minutos en coche (1 milla).

    Tiendas de conveniencia y varios grandes establecimientos de restauración son sólo un corto paseo hasta el tesoro escondido de Siesta Key Village. Our family had a wonderful stay! First, I want to say that the home was very clean, cozy, and spacious—more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our family of six.Louie was an excellent host. He was very responsive and made sure we knew where everything was, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and I was honestly impressed by how well-equipped it was.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. My family and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Siesta Key is such a beautiful place, and this home made our trip even more memorable!Thank you so much Louie!!! Until next time..

We enjoyed our weekend in siesta key and our stay at the unit was overall good. Unit is very clean, very spacious and you will not feel cramped at all. Great, central location. Close to Breeze trolley pickup, walkable to beach access. We had trouble with the internet but the host was on top of getting a new router out asap and did resolve the inconvenience with us directly, and quickly. Would not hesitate to stay here again, for the price and communication- a nice place to stay in Siesta Key.

Our parking spot was cautioned taped off apparently from a recent hurricane.No one made us aware of that however.The condo was great Location & laundry room; big TV; Plenty of space. It worked out fine.

Excellent location for Siesta Key. Great communication. Big TV. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach stuff including fishing poles. Lots of literature on things to do. Right by trolley stop. Great water pressure. Only issue was broken washer. Host responded immediately, had it checked out same day and ordered new one, and offered to cover cost for laundry in machines by pool. It’s a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Loved our stay

Great stay for our family. Unit was large and spacious. Short drive to the beach but away from the business of the village. Can easily walk to several restaurants or take the trolley.

Lou is amazing! Great communication! Unit was super clean! Everything you need is in the unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels! 100% recommend, just don’t book last weekend in February, that’s my weekend!

The overall place was not bad but the tvs did not work, the shower had mold, there were ants on the kitchen plates, a tile on the stairs was broke and it is dangerous. the washer wouldn’t turn back on and was filled with our clothes and water filled to the top, it wouldn’t drain until after an hour of unplugging and plugging it back in. The hosts were nice and very friendly but the place overall could have been better for the price.

Great experience

Very nice property. The owner is very responsive to any issues. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the ac cycling over and over through the night, but that was very minor. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Perfect for what we wanted. Spent most of our time at the beach. They haveva dock in the back. Great for your coffee in the mornings, or kids to fish. Walkable to shops dunner,dinnet

Host provided information in timely manner. Main bath had to fill tub with shower head, plumbing needs to be replaced. Other bath shower had mold, in rough condition, did not use it. Unit was okay, but not worth 3000 per week! We had greater expectations. Would not recommend to others, nor come back. As a side note, HBO did not work, other apps need to be updated and we could not watch the Super Bowl, unable to get NBC channel, too bad, just needed a basic tv antenna!

Relaxing stay in a fun condo!

A great condo for our family! We really liked to be able to spread out and have our own space. The various decks allowed for fresh air and different views. The boys loved the pool and the warm water. It was also a nice surprise to walk to the canal and watch the water and birds. We wished the beach was a little closer but it was a pleasant walk and didn't take too long. We jumped on the trolley a few times right in front of the condo to go downtown. We had a couple of meals in and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The skim board in the beach closet was a big hit with my teen boys who had never skim boarded before! Comfortable and great stay!

Great family home

This home was perfect for our family of five. Three teenagers fit perfectly. We enjoyed the 2 1/2 bathrooms. Laundry room in condo, the pool and also dock area in the back. The parking space was convenient, located close to condo. The location to the beach was great too! Fireworks could be seen from the porch on Friday nights. Overall we loved this place. Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of supplies, no sponge, dishwasher soap or extra trash bags only 1/2 roll of paper towels, no coffee. However when we told the owner about a few of these supplies and they were quick to accommodate us. We would stay here again and would recommend this unit.

Christmas Visit

The record cold did not affect our great stay. The space was received in a very clean condition. Listing is honest and accurate. Communication with host via text and email was quick and cordial. Walk to public beach access is easily manageable. Parking could not be any better for this property. Do note access to the unit is up a flight of stairs and one flight exists in unit. Unit rules, directions, and information are clear and easily understood. We would rent this space again.
