My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Silvana’s place in Tuscany. The grounds and apartment were immaculately clean. The views were breathtaking from everywhere on the property. The hosts were very inviting going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. By the end of our short stay they really felt like family! We also took the cooking class taught by their son which we enjoyed immensely and would recommend to anyone considering it! Do not hesitate to book this place! Would love to return in the future

Paradise in the Tuscan hills

We stayed for five nights in July 2024. We were very comfortable despite 40 Celsius every day. The accommodation was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The scenery was breathtaking! I found myself taking the same photo under different light—so very enchanting. If you are independent and don't need to be catered to, are willing to pick up groceries and cook, you will be happy. The pool is larger than one might find in other locations. House rules ensure guests respect the space, one another, etc. If you're looking for boisterous days by the pool, this is not the place. Being in a quiet place is super peaceful - a bit unsettling but incredibly wonderful if you are a city person! There was no traffic noise besides the occasional tractor doing its thing from a distance. Excellent wine region (Brunello is 10K away near Monticello) and lovely restaurants in Buonconvento and surrounding towns. An easy train ride from Buonconvento to Siena or Firenze, etc. We will return!

Amazing property!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Tuscany! The property is even more spectacular than the photos, a truly relaxing holiday! The apartment was so historic, yet with modern conveniences, really exceptional and we would highly recommend to anyone! The owners are wonderful and very accessible anytime. Pool, grounds and area are second to none, can’t imagine a more exceptional property in Tuscany!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second stay at Podere Cunina and was simply wonderful - again! The property is STUNNING with magical views of both sunset and sunrise each day. As a flower lover, I absolutely love all the diversity of the landscaping - everything was in bloom and beautiful! The hosts are so lovely - with warm greetings and advice. It’s a great middle point to visit all of Tuscany. Really gives you the feel of living the Italian villa lifestyle. We hope to be back soon!

Idyllic

Idyllic stay at one of the most beautiful places in Tuscany. The hosts are warm, kind and friendly people who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They also have a most adorable senior dog. Can’t wait to return!!!

What a wonderful home for a adventures in Tuscany. Woke the first morning to the buzzing of bees. Our hosts were exceptional. Great ambassadors for Tuscany and so free with their time and insights on what to do and where to go. Just an overall great place.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Tuscany

Sylvana and her family’s property were a great place to stay for our trip to Tuscany. Centrally located and surrounded by beautiful views everywhere. Our only problem was we wished we had stayed longer. Their hospitality was great and we were only a half hour drive to several other beautiful cities. Highly recommend!

Stunning Tuscan apartment

This is a romantic, serene and gorgeous property! The gardens are absolutely breathtaking - so many different plants. We arrived just as the sun was setting and what a sight to behold! Our hosts were just lovely and we had everything we needed in the apartment; kitchen with all the amenities and goodies. Large bedroom with a view of the countryside from the spacious and very comfortable bed. The pool was so inviting - we so potent our last day lounging here - just spectacular. Easy 15 minute drive to the stunning fortressed town of Montalcino with Brunello wine being the star - truly amazing!!! Siena half hour away - this is a lovely area to stay as you’re so central to so many medieval towns. Absolutely loved our stay and the most gracious hosts! Thank you 😊

Fantastic property

We had a wonderful stay at Podere Cunina. Silvana and Giorgio could not have been more welcoming. The location cannot be beaten. Views for miles around including Montalcino in one direction, and even as far as Sienna in the opposite direction. The landscaping has been thoughtfully planned to give privacy but also to provide beautiful plants and trees that were teeming with birds and butterflies. The pool area is secluded but, again, has majestic views of the surrounding countryside. The property was the perfect location for exploring Tuscany and made for a very relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

Amazing views, perfect quiet

What a wonderful place to spend a week on our honeymoon. The hosts Silvana and Giorgio, were so welcoming and warm. We stayed in the Taxus building, which was plenty of space for us. The grounds are gorgeous, and the views are spectacular. It's a wonderful place!

Awesome stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was one of the best parts of our whole trip. The hosts really want to make their guests happy. We did both the wine tour and the cooking class and I am so glad that we did! Both were experiences we will never forget. We will definitely go back!

Tuscany dream

This place is right in the middle of what I always imagined Tuscany would be and it did not disappoint one bit. Our Dream Place

FARMH. PODERE CUNINA was amazing! The hospitality, the view, the room, everything was so perfect that we were simply blown away. We are so happy that we took Marcello's cooking class too. We learned so much from him about the local cuisines and traditional Tuscany cooking. The best part was that we ate the food we cooked with his family after the class. We will never forget the beautiful time we had at Podere Cunina and can't wait to go back there. We highly recommend this place to anyone who dreams of Tuscany!

Surrounded by nature and quietness

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was absolutely breathtaking. It was quiet and clean. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. The pool and the view from the pool was so beautiful. Everywhere you look there are flowers, hills, trees and more hills. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness, we had the best time.

Relax holiday in Italy

I stayed one week with my wife and 3-year-old-daughter in that appartment. The host Family is very friendly and nice, the Location is in the nicest parts of Toscany. It was very Relaxing for us to be there. Grazie! :-)

This was absolutely a dream place to stay! Sylvani spent a lot of time with us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome! She and her husband have built a very special place for travelers to stay and enjoy Tuscany. She told us to "not run" in order to really see Tuscany, and we followed her advice and had a fabulous time! I would LOVE to stay there again!!

Excellent villa with great hospitality

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The apartment was spacious and clean with an excellent atmosphere. The location is on a hilltop with panaromic views of the hills and scenery of Tuscany. Sylvanni pointed out that you can even see Siena of in the distance, about 35 kilometers away. We could not have stayed in a better place and we were short drives away from many of the hilltop villages in the area. We highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Tuscany not in a downtown area
