Sok Villa is a luxurious complex of 6 Khmer houses set on a large 2,000 m² (21,528 sq ft) property with a lush tropical garden and swimming pool. Nestled in a quiet and safe area of Siem Reap, it is just a 5-minute ride away from the Old Market and vibrant nightlife hubs.

This is a private, exclusive property—meaning you will be the only guests on site during your stay with exclusive use of all six houses, the swimming pool, and all amenities!

Accommodation & House Layout
Nestled in Siem Reap, this fabulous retreat offers five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed for ultimate comfort. Guests can refresh in any of the five bathrooms, equipped with showers, bathtubs, and bidets. The welcoming living spaces provide a brilliant setting to relax after a day of exploring. With thoughtful touches like air conditioning and hair dryers, every stay feels effortless. Whether gathering with family or friends, this house creates the perfect backdrop for memorable moments.

- The Main House: Features two floors. The ground floor has an open-air gym overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Upstairs, the balcony offers beautiful views of almost the entire property and includes chairs to enjoy a drink, read a favorite book, or relax. Inside, the living room offers a leather sofa, a workspace with a table, chair, and lamp, and a 50-inch Sony LCD TV with multi-language cable channels. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and connects to a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, which is accessible from both the bedroom and living room.

- Houses 2 & 3: These two houses are very similar. Each features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a couch, a work table with a chair, and a 32-inch LCD TV with cable. Next to the bedroom is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. One house offers a view of the park/courtyard, while the other overlooks the pool.

- House 4: A two-bedroom house where each bedroom has its own exterior entrance, though they are connected internally. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, a couch, a table with a chair, and a 32-inch TV. The two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.

- House 5 (Kitchen & Dining): A large, well-equipped kitchen for guests who wish to cook or be served by our staff upon request. It features 2 gas stoves, a large electric oven, a microwave, and an indoor dining table with 6 chairs. An outdoor barbecue grill is also available.

- House 6 (Central Patio): Located in the middle of the property, this large patio serves as a central living room with couches and a large wooden table with 10 chairs. It features a 4-speaker Bluetooth sound system and roll-up curtains to protect guests from the rain.

Amenities & Pool Highlights
Our highlight feature is the 20-meter-long swimming pool, complete with four sunbeds for sunbathing, a shaded area to cool off, two waterfalls, and night lighting. One end features a circular shallow section (about 50 cm / 20 inches deep), making it suitable for children and non-swimmers.

Younger guests will never be bored with our playground, which features swinging chairs, a slide, and a small wooden hut.

To ensure a smooth arrival, enjoy 30% OFF your airport pickup for just $35. Please note that airport drop-off for departure remains available at our standard rate of $50.

- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: $100
- After 8:00 PM: Full night rate
