Joli pays mais, Attention aux escrocs!

Les temples d Angkor sont magnifiques. Faire très attentions aux bandes organisées a la frontière qui vous font payer le bus 9$ et qui vous font perdre la journée pour x ou y raison afin de vous amener à destination en pleine nuit pour être à la merci des tuktuk escrocs (800bath) pour une course de 30mn. Les courses sont à 2 ou 3$. Faites votre visa via internet (e-visa) et n oubliez pas de vous faire tamponner le passeport!! par l agent.

こじんまりとしていて、ホテルでゆっくりしたい人にお勧めです。 良かった点 1.ベッドが大きく快適だった。 2.食事内容変更に即座に応えてくれる。 3.全てのスタッフがフレンドリーでとても良い。 悪かった点 1.部屋の中にミミズやくも、蚊などたくさんいた。おかげでたくさん虫に刺された。 2.HPやエクスペディアのホテル詳細で送迎無料と書いてあったのに、帰りに10ドル取られた、ドライバーに再確認したが10ドルかかるとのことで支払いました。 旅の最後にこの様なことがあると凄くくやまれます。 この様な対応するなら、HPやエクスペディアに記載するべきではない。ましては、事前に確認メールを入れていたにもかかわらず または、帰りは有料と記載すべき 空港に着くまで説明が無かったため、詐欺罪に相当 宿泊を捜している方で送迎については注意されたし

Schönes kleines Hotel, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen (Tuk-Tuk zw. 1 - 2 $), schön begrünt, mit Pool. Sehr entspannend nach einem Tag mit Tempelbesichtigungen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Tolles Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel, die Ausstattung und das Personal waren super, beim Frühstück hatten sie zweimal nicht verstanden, dass einer Kaffee und der andere Tee haben wollten, aber das ist eine Nebensache. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Kann man nur empfehlen.

i dont recommend

room was nice but little bit far from city. hotel give us free tuktuk. but dindnt pick us at 9pm , so we called to the hotel,never pick us our phone. on the first day when we took tuktuk to the hotel to check in , but nobody knows about hotel and tuktuk driver made phone call to hotel but never answer. why they cant answer the phone all the time... breakfast...totally different from the menu. only bread... noisy soundsfrom next accommodation i guess.

Modest but exceptional in Siem Reap

If you looking for a quiet, affordable but modest guesthouse out of the city centre then this is just the place for you. Samatika is one of the closest guest houses to Angkor Wat making it a really easy cycle. They provide a free Tuk Tuk once a day into town so being out of town is not an issue. The pool is also awesome after a day of temple exploration. Staff don't miss a thing and will assist you in very possible way. Was so peaceful and enjoyed the local eatery just 100m away. Great spot if you like the quiet life.

Vi bodde på dette hotellet i 14 dager. Men det var slitt og dårlig vedlikeholdt. Rensligheten var ok, men det kom inn både maur og reptiler. Frokosten var veldig enkel lite variasjon. Personal som jobbet der var imøtekommende og servicen var god.

Great place to stay! The staff is really friendly. They really helped me move around the city. Also, the pool is good at night, after a day walking around Angkor Wat. This is a great hotel, with good value for your money.

Concern about trim of rooms

It is a new build, offering kind service and free shuttles to the city and the airport. But a little bit careless about cleaning of the room could see some nets of insects from walls and the closet. Also some stains and fuzz balls on the bed sheet. It was not really tidy and comfortable. Well, the staff was kind and polite, the breakfast was plenty and yummy!!

Nice hotel but be specific on bills

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Our room was big enough and I appreciated that this is a quite small hotel compare to the very big ones you find in the city. The hotel is a bit remote from the market but the staff kindly drop us and pick us - by tuktuk free of charges - at the market area. My only complaint was a disagreement on the bill that I have not been able to sort out (two additional debits were made on my Visa accounts after I left the hotel without a clear justification despite my request). I would just recommend then to other travelers to specify clearly on bills what amount is paid cash and what is paid by Visa and to keep a copy of those bills.

Отличный, уютный отель, в нескольких минутах езды от центра. Предоставляет бесплатный тук-тук до найт маркет (центр) по первой просьбе. Хороший, чистый бассейн, зеленая территория, тихо. Завтрак скромный. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный, заботливый.

Très bonne adresse

Petite structure, cadre très agréable, au calme, avec des services gratuits tels que les trajets pour l'aéroport, ou les tuk-tuk pour se rendre en 5 minutes au centre de Siem Reap. Très bien.

beaucoup de charme

Staff très sympa et attentionné mais personnel du restaurant totalement inefficace même si la cuisine est bonne . Petite piscine bien fraîche et super agréable. Endroit calme près de la rivière, beaucoup de charme. Éloignement du centre compensé par proximité des temples.

Nice hotel with excellent service

Nicely designed rooms with almost minimalist design but with everything you needed. But what made the hotel great was the staff who did all they could to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They made bookings for excursions and recommended great restaurants, greeted my return from outings with cold towels and drinks, ran me the short trip into town and sometimes took me around town in their tuk tuk and best of all when I got my bus times confused ran me in on a motorbike without which I would have missed my bus.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Chambre spacieuse et confortable dans un cadre très sympathique avec bar dans un joli jardin et une petite piscine très agréable. Bien placé pour les sites, surtout Angkor Wat (ainsi que la billetterie qui est tout près), l'hôtel propose des navettes pour le centre ville: on y est en à peine 10 minutes. Personnel vraiment exceptionnel qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner, simple, mais un hôtel à conseiller sans aucune hésitation.

Lovely guest house, very hospitable. En route to Angkor Wat and a bit outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Siam Reap. A comfortable respite.

Samatika , Siem Reap...Just lovely.

My wife and I wanted a small intimate hotel for our stay in Siem Reap and we were not disapointed.We loved the setting and the amenities were fine, the pool especialy refreshing after a day out to Ankor temples or browsing the markets a short tuk tuk ride from Samatika Botique.But most of all the service from the friendly staff would have us return.overall a very pleasant stay with very pleasant people.

Great location being far enough out of town to be Quiet and only a short Tuk Tuk ride from most things, The staff were very friendly & helpful, The Hotel was clean and presentable, However the decor was a little tired in places but didnt put us off, We would book again!

Quiet hotel fronting river, close to Angkor Wat

The staff are friendly and helpful. Provided me with a travel adaptor. The room I stayed in was rather old. The bed linen and pillow cases weren't as clean as they should be (white).

luxury in the low season

we stayed at this villa in may-2014 and was one of 2 parties so it was quiet and the staff was relaxed but very attentive and offered a lot of suggestions what to do. the villa is beautiful and the rooms simple but carefully decorated so it gives a nice feeling. on the bad side was the ongoing building of a new house next to the villa. i can understand if an owner wants to maximize the profit but this new building will take a way some of the generous space the garden offered and the pool will feel less private.

Polite and helpful staff, silent location

A small but silent villa located a bit away from the market area, so u must need a tuk tuk to get there. Good to have a free ride from hotel to airport. Staff were very nice and polite. Some problems with the hot water.
