This compact 48-square-metre apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 guests, featuring a queen-size bed and a convenient sofa bed.



    The apartment boasts a shared swimming pool measuring 3.5x6 metres, providing a refreshing oasis for relaxation. Enjoy stunning sea views from the balcony, which is complemented by outdoor furniture and a BBQ area, ideal for a fresco dining. The fenced plot and garden offer additional privacy and space for unwinding.

Well located, modern apartment - would stay again.

The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was a great size with lovely views of the coast. The pool was a little on the small side but was a great bonus and perfect for cooling off. The host lives in the ground floor apartment and was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Very clean and well decorated, almost brand new apartments. Ankica is a very good host with a wonderful energy and attitude. We had a lot of fun at the pool during the day, but also at night relaxing with wine and drinks.

Exceptional! We were very warmly welcomed by the owner, who is lovely, concerned about the well-being of her tenants, and very discreet. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. impeccable. The terrace is huge and allows you to eat meals with a view of the sea. The swimming pool is very nice and very well maintained. Brodarica is a pretty little resort, ideally located for exploring the region and its islands. Several very pleasant beaches are within a few minutes' walk of the accommodation. In short, we wholeheartedly recommend this little corner of paradise, of which we will all keep an excellent and fond memory.

We loved it!❤️ The hospitality was incredible, and the host welcomed us and our daughter! The accommodation is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. The cleanliness is 10/12! I have never met such a clean and tidy apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything, and the washing machine was a special pleasure for us. The huge terrace was also great, not to mention the pool! We had a great time here and will definitely come back! We recommend it to everyone else!

Very large, spacious and clean apartment, everything we needed was available, super equipped kitchen, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, comfortable beds. The owner is very nice. Peaceful, quiet area. View from the covered terrace to the sea, nearby Brodarica beach with free parking (we drove there by car), toilets and catering facilities. Shops and bakery nearby. Very successful stay with a 4-year-old. I highly recommend 🙂

Tonia is very kind, direct and helpful in everything. The accommodation is clean, tidy, modern, equipped with everything, it's like a little jewelry box. She was especially attentive in preparing cold drinks and fruit. We will definitely be back.
