On the main floor, you’ll find a bright living room, stylish modern kitchen, and cozy dining area. Two bedrooms are located here:
• Bedroom 1 – 120 cm bed
• Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom) – 180 cm bed with en suite full bathroom
Step out to a charming patio with outdoor sofa seating and dining space plus BBQ. After a day of exploring, soak in the jacuzzi (spring/summer only), or enjoy a slow evening under the stars.

The basement is all about entertainment and convenience, featuring:
• Cinema room
• Game room
• Laundry room
• Half bathroom

Upstairs on the second floor, unwind in the second living room with a 50-inch TV, perfect for streaming or movie marathons. This level includes:
• A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
• Another bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
• A kids’ room with a travel cot
• A full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower

The kitchen is fully equipped with family-friendly essentials including an egg cooker, induction cooktop, and cutlery designed for kids. For little ones on the go, a buggy is also available to make outings easier.

From cozy corners to spacious hangouts, this home is ideal for families, friends, or multi-generational groups. Everyone has room to relax, recharge, and feel right at home.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The back garden is spacious and open, offering plenty of room to enjoy.

If you are traveling with young children, please be extra mindful. There are no fences around the property, and the neighboring pool, while partially enclosed, may be accessible if children are left unattended.

Jacuzzi:
The jacuzzi is AVAILABLE APRIL-OCTOBER ONLY.
November–March: Not available.
