"I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again."

"純和風のコテージといった雰囲気で、子どもの頃に住んでいた家を思い出しました。バリアフリーではなく高齢者向けではありません。1泊の利用でしたが、もう少し長く滞在した方がもっと堪能できたのではないかと思います。お近くの商店さんがもう少し遅くまで営業されていたらよかったなぁと、その点が残念なところです。スタッフさんの対応は満足です。"

"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful...

"We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night. I had to complain to get it cooler and have it stay on at night, which they controlled from the...
