"Front desk is liar when I checked in asking me about my credit card telling that it will not be charge unless there is damages, refuse to give receipt but they charged me $100 extra from my reservation (front desk at 4pm on July 10, 2026). Don't trust front desk at all. Room smells terrible, tv does not work properly, door locks not closing properly, too dusty around the table and carpet is dirty, microwave not working. Strongly not recommending to stay in this hotel."

"I usually stay at another brand of hotels but the cost was particularly high on this specific day so I booked this one at a more reasonable price. It is a “motel” style that I typically avoid so I was a bit nervous. I had no reason to be. Nice area away from downtown, amazing restaurant on site with a terrific patio, great breakfast.
