Truvi will contact the lead guest shortly after making the booking. Prior to the start of your stay, it is necessary to verify your information and ID through Truvi. Additionally, you will have the option to either pay a £350 refundable deposit (subject to a 2% transaction fee) or purchase a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. Keys are stored in a lockbox. Full access instructions are in our digital guidebook which will be emailed to the guest after booking. Access codes will be sent 4 hours before arrival provided that verification from Truvi is completed.
