Always enjoy my annual visit to your property. Hopefully will try to return in April as well as September next year. You should know that the crack in the ceiling right of the TV in the TV room has expanded as wall as a new crack on the left side. Also over the past years I have never figured out how to shut the spa tub plug Please leave instructions for your visitors. I have not been able to use the tub, only the shower. Requirements for stay/checkout were clean and clear, easy to put things back together. The home itself was absolute perfection for our purposes (small wedding), the area stunningly beautiful, the owners were lovely. Everything you could need is here (our chair provider ghosted us but there was thankfully enough chairs around to fit our guests). Would fully recommend!

Great family time!

Stayed at this property for family staycation. We had adults, teens and small kids. Everyone had an amazing time. The house was beautiful with amazing views. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. Loved exploring the area, the kids especially loved the creeks. Would highly recommend this property!

Fun Getaway

Well appointed and room for everything. We had a group of teens stay for a short trip and they had a blast as it’s walking distance to the park that had basketball and volleyball courts. The game room kept them busy playing pool and card games. The house had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and the views were beautiful with ceiling high windows. Greg (the owner) was great with communication and directions. Would definitely stay at his home again!

Beautiful home and experience

This home is perfect for relaxation and fun! We enjoyed the game room a lot and the location on the golf course is ideal. Saw deer and elk every morning and evening and the property is surrounded by trees, very visible throughout the windows in the house. The host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Residence in Fantastic Location

What an amazing place. Golf course views are incredible and hearing the flowing creek all day was relaxing. The bedding and sheets were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary items we needed for the eight of us staying there. It was the perfect set up for three generations to enjoy. Enough space for everyone to spread out, but come together for meals, cards, and movies. Communication with the owner was fantastic and all questions were answered in a very timely manner. Close enough to stores and restaurants, but still felt away from the city. Great neighborhood to enjoy a walk. We definitely will be coming back again with the whole family.

Perfect Cabin Getaway!!!

We just spent the weekend here and it was amazing!! We had 6 adults and 6 kids all under the age of 10 and everyone loved it!! So many things for the kids to do inside the house as well as outside!! While the me and my buddies played golf, the wives took the kiddos to the community park which was just a 5 minute walk in the cool pines and had a blast!! At night we cooked smores on the outdoor fireplace on the upstairs patio deck and lounged around in the relaxing atmosphere. Owners were extremely nice and communication was done with ease. Highly recommend!!

Memorable birthday in the pines

We had an amazing trip up north largely because of how amazing the house was. There was 9 of us spread between adults, 10 year old and toddler/infants. We had a blast playing games upstairs and by the fireplace on the patio, corn hole out back… just a great time! Thanks again for having us.

Summer Retreat

This was our second summer visiting this beautiful home. We truly enjoy the uniqueness and coziness of this home. The location is amazing, and we love the added bonus of the creek just outside the door. I love all reading nooks this home provides, and enjoy my morning coffee at both the upstairs patio and downstairs back deck. From heat in the valley. We loved the location - loved the comfy master bedroom with beautifully appointed bathroom! Probably works well with families with young children. Our big guys were a little cramped in the bunk beds. But it’s a beautiful setting! Loved that we could use the garage. Thanks!

I take the kids each year to Pinetop, Show Low right after school is out and this is the first time we have stayed at this property. Now we are totally spoiled! Best experience from start to finish we ever have had. Beautiful home, Amazing location, everything you need was provided and we loved that they had directions to all equipment and electronics.
