"We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...

"We had the best VRBO experience at Harbor House. The hosts are absolutely fabulous. The house was perfect, just as presented online. 6 of us adults and a little French bulldog spent a long weekend there so we could cheer on our son (one of the visitors) as he ran the half Ironman in Madison. He LOVED the hot tub afterward. Great visit. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Our stay at the Luxe at Abbey Villa was terrific. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We were not expecting the pool to be completely under construction, which made for some very loud noise throughout one of the days, but Candace from Geneva Lakes Vacations was on it and so very helpful. Would definitely stay here again! "
