Thanks for your review and we’re sorry you were not happy. We don’t generally have neighbour problems and it’s a shame you were unlucky with noisy children next door, just noting it was Easter school holidays. We will fix those other problems straight away. We do provide salt, pepper, tissues, kitchen towel, oil - and insect spray under the sink – but we must check those more carefully at busy periods like Easter, as sometimes they go missing. We constantly check for pests with regular pest control, so our apologies – again we have arranged a spray. Thank you.
