  • Ubicado en el corazón de Shoal Bay y frente a la playa de Shoal Bay, se encuentra este magnífico apartamento de dos dormitorios y dos baños. Con impresionantes vistas al agua y una elegante decoración de playa, podr�� relajarse al instante en sus vacaciones.

    El acceso al ascensor desde el garaje comunitario seguro lo lleva directamente a la unidad en el nivel dos. La sala de estar de planta abierta cuenta con una cocina moderna totalmente equipada con barra desayunadora, sala de estar cómoda, televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Hay una unidad de aire acondicionado en esta sala. El balcón en este nivel está completamente cubierto y tiene un escenario al aire libre para disfrutar de sus comidas caseras.

    La terraza privada en la azotea, si el área de entretenimiento final. Con una barbacoa de gas incorporada y un amplio juego de comedor al aire libre, minibar minibar y un spa al aire libre. Esta área se completa con una magnífica cama solar en la cubierta elevada con impresionantes vistas de agua a través de los promontorios. (Un tramo de escaleras internas de acceso).

    Dormitorio principal: equipado con una cama tamaño queen, bata incorporada, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared, acceso al balcón y un baño privado con plato de ducha. Lino suministrado!

    Segundo dormitorio: dos camas king size, batas empotradas, ventilador de techo y acceso al balcón principal. Lino suministrado!

    El baño principal tiene un impresionante piso de piedra, una cabina de ducha, inodoro y tocador. La unidad también ofrece una lavandería interna con lavadora y secadora. Hay dos espacios de auto para usted en el garaje asegurado.

    La calle principal de Shoal Bay ofrece alquiler de bicicletas, tiendas convenientes y múltiples cafés y restaurantes.

Spacious apartment with a magic view. Cant beat the location.My only suggestion would be to have the spa on wooden base. The tiles get very slippery and become a trip hazard. Bring extra towels for the floor if u have kids. (Oh and 2 sets of keys pls) Overall we loved it and would book again.

Easy access, great location

Overall we had a great stay there. It was comfortable, had easy access and was close to everything. The only thing I would suggest would be that it needs extra blankets, as the weather was very cold when we arrived, and one light cover on the beds was not enough. There were no tea towels or dishcloths provided - an oversight I believe. Other than that the place was well appointed, the rooftop spa was fun and warm. Great place to stay!

Fun family apartment

The apartment was a great base for a few days in Port Stephens. Very handy to the beach and amenities at Nelson Bay, without being overly busy. We enjoyed the spa a lot, although were disappointed that it wasn't hot enough the first night (takes about 24 hours to heat up). We also had an issue with the lift access not working, but the travel agency staff were very helpful.

Great location and outdoor space

Apartment was in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Both balconies were fabulous with comfy furniture, spacious areas and a great hot tub spa. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. What we didn't like was the floor in the bathrooms, river pebbles set in concrete - very uncomfortable to walk on and difficult to clean indicated by the state of the floor mat after one use. There was also a lack of soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, and very minimal cleaning items in the kitchen (no cloth for wiping benches). Little things that could be improved and make this apartment amazing.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. Stroll to beach, bars and shops. Shoal Bay is beautiful. The apartment’s rooftop with spa is amazing! Perfect for our girls weekend away. Our only issue was there was no hand soap in the bathroom or toiletries of any kind, and no dishcloth or tea towels in the kitchen. But other than that the place is fantastic, would highly recommend.

Shoal bay is a great location

On the positive, great location, nice apartment with massive balcony areas. Things not so good. We booked this apartment because of the spa and we thought it had a view of the bay. The Spa was not working and the balcony is on the rear of the building. There is a loading zone for all the restaurants and shops below the balcony. It is very noisy particularly early in the morning.

Great apt. Only criticism is there were 4 adults and only one set of keys Would have been nice to get some toiletries and coffee pods

Magnificent location, terrific apartment well suited to the four of us

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early to get back through Sydney before the worst of the wet weather arrived. But will definitely try again

The best holiday apartment!

We had a truly wonderful stay, the entire apartment is amazing, relaxing, modern, very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the extra detail and especially loved the two spacious outdoor entertaining areas. We loved our stay and hope to revisit again one day!

The best!

Photos don’t do the apartment justice. Two MASSIVE balconies!! Awesome location, just a short stroll to the country club And the beach is directly across the road. Highly recommend!

Great location

Great spot, very spacious and just as pictured, perfect for 2 couples with some great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, view from upstairs deck was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend.
