"The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. "Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table.
