"We stayed here instead of driving home after a concert. This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean with a private entrance and it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! "

"My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. "The house was clean, nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was also a great location and near everything we wanted to be. They had fun games, an awesome back yard and covered parking. Highly recommend!"

"We were so impressed with the house and it's layout. Beautifully kept and decorated. It had everything it advertised and we would love to come back again.The only comment we would add is that there needs to be deck furniture so we can be out viewing the lake. There were only 2 chairs and no table. "

"We really enjoyed our brief stay. This peaceful location is just what our family and friend group needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home was clean and well kept. Very cozy. The hosts were very receptive and shared perfect check in and out instructions.Also, a nice surprise was a small winery right next door. We walked right over and got a few bottles for dinner! Delicious.Would be a great relaxing location for a girls weekend with the fire pit ready to go in the backyard."

"Sure, here is a detailed review in English: --- I recently stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Muncie, Indiana, and it was by far the most disgusting and filthy hotel I have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the entrance floor was dirty. They did not have air conditioning, so there were fans everywhere because it wasn't working. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced, did not greet us, and took a long time to check us in. When we finally got to our room, it was in terrible condition. The room was dirty everywhere. The TV didn’t work, the water didn’t flow properly, there was dirt under the beds, cobwebs around the curtains, and dirt behind the TV. The coffee maker was dusty and greasy. The ice bucket was dirty and dusty, the bathtub was moldy, and the floor was filthy. This has been the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel is disgusting, the staff has poor customer service, and it was expensive for what we got. Avoid this place at all costs."
