Very easy to get to the beach, however when the tide is low its not great for swimming and when the tide is high you can't walk along the beach. The fire alarm battery needed replacement and I notified the company responsible for looking after the property but they didn't replace it which meant I had to remove the battery and the smoke alarm was disabled for our entire 7 night stay.
