Everything about the place was absolutely listed accurately. They went so far as to offer us (during the check in process) a very well stocked kitchen , fridge, fresh eggs, sample coffee. I would highly recommend this place to anybody whobwanted to explore the fruitland, farmington area. Thank you ...

Very welcoming! Everything was clean and felt nice and homey. Had a nice view of the mountains and sitting out on the patio was a good destresser! Definitely would recommend.
