"9月の日曜日に家族（大人2、3歳1）で宿泊しました。エレベーターやビュッフェなど、混雑の口コミが多かったので心配していましたが大丈夫でした。（エレベーターは、くるまで少し待ちますが乗れなかったことは1度も無かったです。）ただ、ホテルの部屋数は多いので土曜日宿泊やハイシーズンはかなり待つだろうなと思います。スペイン村から近く、値段も安くて満足です。ラウンジのちょっとしたオヤツ、お風呂上がりの冷凍みかんやアイスで子供も終始楽しそうでした。 16時頃チェックインしましたが、5分ほどでキーも受け取れてストレス無く楽しめました。"

"非日常的なリゾートホテルで家族全員とても大満足です。お部屋もしっかり掃除が行き届いており、娘の誕生日ケーキも時間通り用意してくださいました。廊下を蟹が歩いてたり自然もいっぱいでプールもとても素敵で子供たちも大喜びでした。朝食も見た目も味も最高でした。またぜひ宿泊したいです。"

"ファミリーで利用しました。大人数やファミリーでの利用が主だと思いますが、キッチンやお風呂が狭すぎて何かとストレスでした。また2階は歩く度に天井がミシミシ音がして底が抜けないか心配でした。子供達はソファーのクッションで遊んでいましたが、クッション下は食べかすやホコリだらけで汚く、掃除が行き届いていないなーという印象です。最終的にはお隣の1棟の人達が夜21時以降もBBQや外で騒いでおり、小さい子供がいる我が家にはうるさくて非常に迷惑でした。トラブルになるのも嫌なので何も言えませんでしたが、こういう時に無人だとすぐに言えるところがなく不便だと感じました。決まりごととして事前にメールでは配信されていますが、読む読まない人、ルールを守らない人もいます。たまたまかもしれませんが、1回限りの利用ですし、印象が悪ければ二度と利用しようとは思いません。"
