"Our experience pre and during our stay was excellent. From booking our luggage and bike package to delivering our bikes, and helping us to organise dinner options, taxis, and change of last minute cycle plans when the weather turned inclement, it was all handled professionally and we felt very well looked after. To say that the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient is an understatement. They made our stay here memorable. The accommodation was well designed with great views across the water....

"This hotel was perfect for our short stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really excellent! Tasty, healthy, and tons of options for the kids and adults. Would 100% stay here again. Location is also really good - walkable to a large park, the Ferris wheel, and a ton of restaurants. "

"Great Riokan and facilities. The open-air onsen accessible only by zipcar would be a destination of its own.
If you are planning a trip to Oboke Gorge and the Iya Valley, this would be the wisest option. Just consider the CRAZY zigzagging roads made out of impossible curves to drive all around the valley. Really beautiful to see, a little nightmare to drive through.
