"Wakka was perfect - I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was so kind & helpful, the room was cozy & very comfortable, the location was great, and the food was delicious. I cannot think of anything to be done better; it was truly a fantastic stay!"

"Great Riokan and facilities. The open-air onsen accessible only by zipcar would be a destination of its own.
If you are planning a trip to Oboke Gorge and the Iya Valley, this would be the wisest option. Just consider the CRAZY zigzagging roads made out of impossible curves to drive all around the valley. Really beautiful to see, a little nightmare to drive through.

"Tolles Hotel! Weit über dem üblichen Standard. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar einen Kaffee als Willkommensgruß. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Ich habe mich dort wohl gefühlt. "
