"Estuvimos en el apartamento mas grande, estuvimos muy cómodos y con mucho espacio. Dormi en el tatami super cómoda y mi marido en la cama también. La ducha tenia buen caudal y elmaugua estaba muy caliente, el gel y champu se sentia muy buenos. Cocina bastante completa pero sin condimentos , solo se echo de menos una cafetera. Ubicación muy comveniente de todo. Repetiría sin dudarlo. "

"We like the rooms, service, the bike rental service."

"I had a great stay. It’s like an apartment but have the amenities like a hotel, except that they don’t clean the room during the stay. But you can drop towels in the laundry basket downstairs and pick fresh ones anytime. There is reception round the clock, which is awesome. View of the river is fantastic. There is a Japanese style room which was a nice experience. "

"20 pieces was a great choice for us as we travelled with the kids (18 & 15). The room itself was last with 4 double sized beds in a 2x2 bunk configuration, a large living area with sofa and an efficiency kitchen. There was even a record player and stacks of vinyls in the lobby. The hotel is five minutes from the Kyoto station but in a quiet area tho there is a temple across the street. "Éste hotel tiene concepto de apartamento por lo que no limpian la habitación ni cambian sábanas ni toallas cuando te quedas en noches consecutivas, después de cuatro noches esto ya es algo desagradable, pero tiene lavadora y una cocineta equipada que es muy útil. La habitación la entregan muy limpia y es muy cómoda, más amplia que la mayoría de las habitaciones de hotel en Japón. "The room was within walking distance from the bamboo forest and local restaurants. It was hard to find dining at night because some restaurants close early and you have to cross bridge to search for other restaurants. Too many gnats flying around. Gnats were also in the rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful and patient."

"Solo habían tres almohadas y éramos 4 personas , pedí almohadas extras y solo me llevaron una para completar las 4. En una semana no nos hicieron limpieza, ni cambio de toallas , las camas incómodas , no son amables y no hay nadie que te ayude ahí mismo"

"This was by far our favourite accommodation in Japan. The manager was amazing and the accommodation was spacious, traditional but will all of the modern facilities. We loved it and wished we had spent more time here. In fact, once we moved to Osaka, we travelled back twice to spend time in this area and a little town called Sanjo. "

"All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email. "
