  • Recently transformed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Modern Farmhouse in Sheridan! Exceptional views! Located on 9 acres full of oak trees and a pond, this home offers a well-appointed living space that's perfect for friends and families. Sway in the hammock, play frisbee golf, play cornhole, try the ninja course, bird watch, build a charcuterie board in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather the crew to cook smores on the fire pit and enjoy stargazing and deer watching. The home includes 3 bedrooms downstairs and a loft room upstairs. The loft includes 4 twin beds, board games, and plenty of space for the kids to play. The living room has a queen size pull out couch for your use. There is plenty to do at the property or you can spend the day at the wineries, check out the distillery, shop in nearby towns, tube the Colorado river, or enjoying Splashway and all it has to offer. Ask us about wine tours! Dogs allowed (max of 2) with paid pet fee of $175.

Very clean and very well furnished with cookware and eating utensils. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean and stocked. Only complaint is that it was quite smaller than it looked in the pictures.

Very nice property with plenty of space for our kids to play. The house was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were very helpful and kept in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely come here again.

Perfect getaway for family

Loved this place! Great place to stay for a family getaway. Our young girls loved playing with the friendly kitty, the swing, the ropes course and fishing in the pond. It's also really close to the water park. The whole family enjoyed our stay here.

Weekend getaway

Our family stayed at the Farmhouse for the weekend and it was awesome. Beautiful, clean, secluded property with excellent hosts. One of the most picturesque oak trees in the back was great for pictures. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Weekend Spot

This was the perfect spot to get away for a weekend at the waterpark! Quiet and beautiful! Super close to the waterpark!! Everything included for anything you might want/need to do (cooking, laundry, hanging outside, etc) (only downfall was the cat food attracted so many flies and it was hard to keep them away) Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Great stay in this very clean, updated farmhouse. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a large meal. Our family especially enjoyed sitting on the porch, playing corn hole and fishing in the pond. Highly recommend as part of a Splashway trip.

Annual Christmas Family Trio

We loved the house and the property. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet, relaxing property where we enjoyed the fire pit, beautiful trees, and pond. We also appreciated the owners responding promptly and being so helpful and welcoming. It was a great place for us to getaway and relax!

The house was so pretty, the property amazing! Nine family members had such a fantastic time each day. We never left the property, it’s more than what we expected! We want to make this a yearly trip going forward.

Weekend getaway

We had an amazing family weekend getaway at this ranch! The setting was perfect for a relaxing weekend, with beautiful scenery and plenty of space for the kids to run around. We enjoyed fishing by the pond, spending quality time together, and just unwinding from the daily hustle. The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful and memorable family escape! Host was wonderful and hospitable

Nice Country Views

We loved the Farmhouse! It was perfect for our running group to prepare for the Shiner half marathon and to celebrate our accomplishments afterwards. The space was just right. We really enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and roasting marshmallows! It was a fun weekend!

Excellent weekend away!

We spent the weekend in Sheridan after a waterpark trip for a birthday get together. The hosts do a great job at responding in a quick manner! Location is quiet & private but definitely big enough for our family & friends (10 people). We loved the outside area & the big kitchen. Enjoyed every minute (:
