"El hotel esta bien pero no hacen aseo a las habitaciones ni cambian toallas ni recogen basura, solo hay 1ascensor para todo el hotel lo cual se demora y necesita mantenimiento, el desayuno depende de la hora porque se acaban insumos."

"During all the days I stayed, they never cleaned the room. The room smelled like humidity and the air conditioner was completely dirty. I only stayed there because of work and necessity, but it’s not healthy. The front desk staff are very rude to customers"

"The room was nice size and clean. Their was a lot of bird poop all over the stairs. Check in was a mess they were not at the property when we arrived we had to drive 12 miles away to get checked in and the 12 miles back . Needs better signs on where the rooms are. There was nothing in the email about any of the changes. We ask to be in lower level with no stairs and the put us on the second floor with 18 steps when called they said none were available but I never seen anyone on the lower lever....
