"Room is clean and room is spacious. Hotel staff is kind and courteous. There are washing machine and dryer that you can 24x7, free for hotel guest. Hotel is beside train station, a 1min walk to station. Near to street of eateries. The only problem is that 1 of the hotel room door was left open 1 of the morning i stayed and someone was smoking from the room, made the whole corridor smelly"

"Clean room, big size but old fashion… no power socket next to bed…. Lobby huge and very nice… staff friendly.. location best in Shenzhen.. in financial district with many restaurants and shops on walkind distance… Would stay there again"

"The hotel receptionists are all very helpful, however, housekeeping can really be improved. They need more training to keep their services consistent. There are days where amenities weren’t topped up and that when you put the card to show you want the beddings changed, they only change the bed with the card on it and not both (we stayed in a twin room).
