Over the hotel was a great experience when I walked in. I was greeted by a very nice lady sweet gave perfect directions on how to get to the room and all the amenities that the hotel offered the only issue that I had was I had a small bug in my bed and that kind of made my stay a little uncomfortable, but other than that, I would say everything went pretty good

One of the worst experiences I have had. Not worth $200!! The chlorine was high and there was no ventilation so my asthma acted up and my eyes were burning. When bringing this to staff attention we were told that nothing could be done. After giving it an hour we went back to see if the hot tub would be better and it was not. Very disappointing! The pool and hot tub was closed and didn’t open till after 8 am the following morning! Breakfast was nice but cold! Save yourself and find a better hotel! :)

There were many complaints from the 3rd floor where we stayed. The people were very noisy the staff failed to keep them quiet in return we were unable to have a good nights rest. During checkout we were told we would b awarded a free nights stay but I have not received any notice of this at a result of our sleepless night

Check in was smooth and staff was professional the facilities such as the pool was over crowded with an unattractive amount of children present lt was loud and rowdy and at one point there was an unacceptable oversized floaty that took over the pool. My partner and i left the area due to the obscene amount of people and children only to return to less chaos.
We were also awakened at 3am to loud music and obnoxious talking and noise which opted me to contact the front desk staff twice at 3am and 4am. It was the worst experience i ever had during a hotel stay. Hence to why i would not book with the Hyatt House again.....

The hotel was nice but I was not expecting to have to pay to park if we are a guest at the hotel

Spent the weekend with Hubby & two daughters. Room was perfect and all extras needed were provided with pleasant disposition from staff.

Didn’t realize I had to pay for parking. The furniture was old and there were no extra toiletries. The lobby was nice and breakfast was ok. At least the pool was open!

Probably the easiest, fastest check in process I have ever had. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable.
