"Very nice place to call our home base while exploring the area. We spent a considerable amount of time in Gibbon, Kearney and Grand Island. Very cozy and we loved the big farm dogs!! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They only thing would be anybody sleeping in the living room (teenage son) heard the interstate noise most of the night."

"1. There is no mention of stairs in the property description. We were a party of 4 seniors, and climbing 2 flights of stairs was difficult. Yes, you said there was no elevator, but failed to mention stairs.2. The bed sheets need to be replaced! They have been used so much that there are tiny fabric balls on the sheets. (See pics)"

"This cabin was perfect for my weekend solo writing retreat. Maximum coziness (I appreciated the hot chocolate, popcorn, and ice cream) on two chilly fall nights. Jacki and Chris were extraordinarily welcoming. "We found sand on the main floor throughout the cabin. After that, I swept and kept sweeping throughout our stay. NE is a sandy place. Thank you for being honest about the communication. Lighting could be improved throughout the cabin. We enjoy reading books, and I needed to be able to see in the bathroom to insert a contact lens. Lastly, the mirror on the bathroom door needs to be permanently fixed. Thank you, we found this location ideal for us."
