"Managers and all staff in this property are very friendly and nice. My family and I received best service. The bell person, front desk and house keeping are amazing. Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude. "Pedí que porfavor me llamaran un taxi a las 6 am para coordinar mi salida al aeropuerto y me dieron q me fuera en Metro…q ellos no podían llamar taxis….además el desayuno pésimo. Lo bueno es q estaba a pasos del Metro pero en una zona no muy turistuca"
