"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home."

"We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! "

"Great house for a large group. Lots of seating areas indoors and outdoors to accommodate kids and adults. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We loved that the bedrooms were nicely separated for privacy, particularly the bunk rooms and nearby game room. "Great communication, comfortable home, love the location"

"Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. "

"We loved Manor Lane! It had every amenity you could ask for. The house is fun and charming and there are thoughtful touches everywhere you look! We had fun watching movies in the living room, playing games in the lounge, cooking family meals in the spectacular kitchen and playing tennis in the sunshine. A perfect 10!"

"The family vacation at this beautiful lakefront property in Ancram truly was one of the best things about visiting New York. The house was spotless, the property pristine. "Just as advertised. Lovely home with comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Great location to explore the area. We had our small dog with us which was a bonus. We took advantage of the fire pit and made s’mores; the house had everything we needed already supplied. It’s on a busy road but set back so there was no noise and it was very safe. Highly recommended."
