"I didn't like this place. First impression: the furniture and fittings were so cheap and nasty. It has the appearance of everything having been chosen from a catalogue, remotely, with the objective of paying the least possible. Second, the staff were miserable and unhelpful; no one smiled, they just seemed to moan among themselves (although in fairness I would probably be miserable if I had to work there).
