"We stayed at no 5 lake view. The property was very dirty. No Internet connection. We couldn't complain at the time as we arrived late due to traffic. No hot water for shower next morning. Towels too small and old. Kitchen area unclean. Outside decking filthy. Tea towels and fridge unclean and smell"

"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful."

"I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. Dispute this we totally enjoyed the property with its large rooms. The kitchen is a galley lay out but worked better for us with little people.
