"Overall, the house was a great stay for our large family reunion. Very spacious with plenty of amenities such as a pool, theater room, and tennis court for play. The only issue we had was with the quality of the amenities. Many of parts of the house were broken or faulty, lots of creaking and concerning noises from fans and doors. "Lots of space and kitchen items. Many staples left from previous renters. Lots of linens in laundry room that could be used in kitchen so the kitchen pack rental was not really needed. So many nice water toys! We usually put the hot blooded ones lowest in the house, but the AC in the upper master was the coldest here."

"We really enjoyed our stay, they had almost everything. We had some leftovers and there wasnt anything to put it in or wrap it with like saran wrap or a baggie or tin foil and we looked for a lighter for a fire but found a small book of matches. We LOVED the cute little coffee bar that was set up. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable and close to Ricketts Glen State Park. "
