"The room was nice and clean the staff was friendly but on our second night there was people knocking on a door hardly and yelling for a long time so it was kinda unplesant i think the staff could have handled them better. But other than that the stay was good."

"front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do."
