Great 9 days stay at Charmillion Club Resort. The staff are really going above and beyond to please the guests. Good dining options, the Japanese restaurant is a must but gets booked up very early. Thanks for the fantastic stay

Be Warned, horrible experience overall
This was probably the worst hotel experiences EVER! I stayed at this venue for many days and I'll just list a few problems. 1. MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE - I spent my first night hunting mosquitoes for hours, and ended up getting bit around 10 spots over one night. Changed a room but still had to hunt them down before going to bed, everynigh. Don't even think about stepping outside of your room at night, your body will be COVERED with 'em mosquitoes 2. Room Condition - Dirty, not thoroughly cleaned, mosquito stains with dried up bloods in many places, Mirrors left with spots, tiles are dirty, floor lights constantly flickering so I stopped using. 3. Phone - does not work and no clear direction to the counter 4. room cards - for three nights, had to go back to the front many times to reset my key. 5. Safety Lockbox - did not work on my first room 6. towels and waters? - seems like they do not restore the room amenities when they clean. New Towels and waters were provided when it's all used up. if they did, only one bath towel and one hand towels were provided.. Overall, probably the worst rooms I have ever stayed on. If I had to find something good about this place, Staffs were fairly friendly and the property itself, right next to the beach front, was nicely located.

The only thing good is the food
It’s important that if you enter any hotel you find it clean, but this hotel is not, the room condition not the best and I can’t say it’s five star hotel maybe I can rate it as three star hotel only. The only good things that I am glad of is the food in the all inclusive main restaurant, the quality of food very good and there is a lot of choices.

Bad experience, not recommended.
-Very bad experience concerning the service specially there were no precautions for Covid-19. - Room is good but toilets smells so bad. - No professional receptionists. - Restaurant is crowded with guests and the guests service themselves with no minor Covid-19 social distancing. - The hotel is in cost savings mood so most of the food and drinks are low quality. - The hotel is full of mosquitoes. - in the room, air-conditioning is set to heating only so you will be all the time in very hot unhealthy atmosphere. Also the air conditioning has loud noise with no response from the hotel to fix anything. - No value you get for the price you pay. - Booked 3 nights but couldn't stay more than one and when asked for early check out they started to lie that it has to be claimed by Hotels.com although that Hotels.com called them many times to refund my money but they let me wait for 3 hours before they refund me and only when I started to shout and getting angry. - A very bad experience.

Regarding your comments about coronavirus Precautionary measures we have to strongly disagree with your conclusions in this regard. Our hotels that Charmillion hotels & resorts has received the international Health & Hygiene Certificate COVID-19. We are implementing serious measures based on the international recommendations issued by the world health organization and other international organizations plus the National regulations. Our Safety measures : 1. Guests receive free masks , gloves and a disposable pen . Wearing masks is obligatory in closed areas of the hotel. Or can asked HK department any time for mask 2.Luggage will be disinfected and transferred to room by bellman . 3. Check in will be done from reception desk. Floor marks will help to keep the safe distance, for your safty 4. Rooms will be disinfected according to WHO standard and cleaned and cleaned upon request of the guest.5. Safe distance should be observed in swimming pools , aqua park and the beach . 6 . During evening entertainment in the ampitheatre the procedure of disinfection will be held in a special machine . As for the food, it is very subjective and varies wildly from person to other. Our buffet utilizes every ingredient available on the local market to create a diverse and exciting menu meant to cater to all tastes while offering a vast array of choices that are always delicious and served hot. Each meal includes, salads, desserts, breads, soups (no soup at breakfast) live cooking stations and 12 hot buffet items. Breakfast includes sausages, French toast, porridge, hard boiled eggs, Egyptian beans, white beans, breakfast burgers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beef bacon prepared in a spicy tomato sauce, veal sausage prepared in a spicy tomato sauce, a variety of sweet and pastries, an omelet station, an eggs station, a pancake station, various cheese and salads, fruits and yoghurts and more. For lunch and dinner meals offer our chefs the opportunity to be more creative and these menus are on a weekly rotation with different items. Items include but are not limited to various rice dishes, various potato dishes (mashed, wedges, oven baked, gratin, ect), various dishes made with chicken, duck, turkey, veal, beef, lamb, liver, calamari, fish, as well dishes made with vegetables, beans and so on. In addition to the above lunch time also pool restaurant does magnificent job of supplying lunch and a la Carte meals which provide a welcome change from buffet in the restaurant. We believe that the buffet caters to everyone but with 1000 guests of different nationalities ranging from infants to senior citizens we recognize that some guest might be more difficult to satisfy than others, hence our willingness to cater individually as needed and upon request. However we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused during your stay

Struttura stupenda e pulita. Si mangia bene. Peccato il vino caldo e poca scelta nei liquori. Il wifi funziona solo in reception, e a volte salta anche lì. L'animazione è allegra e simpatica

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, stets freundlich. Die Parkanlage und der Pool- und Strandbereich sind immer unter Aufsicht und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Essens-Buffet ist sehr vielfältig, die Zubereitung der Speisen teilweise etwas unsorgfältig. Es ist vor allem auf die vielen Italiener und Russen ausgerichtet, die auch den ganzen Essensbereich etwas domoinieren. Schade, dass die Weegwerf-Mentaliatät der Russen hier so sichtbar ist, dass sie Berge auf die Teller nehmen, dann aber wenig davon essen und den Rest wegschmeissen (lassen). Die Guide, die Touren und Aktivitäten verkaufen wollen sind am Stran allgegenwärtig, aber nicht aufdringlich.

Отель хороший, но мы к сожалению попали в полупустой отель, поэтому многие услуги были ограничены, летали компанией друзей, питание не балует разнообразием, алкоголь местный весь разбавленный, персонал дружелюбный, пантон не работает, песка на пляже практически нет, одни камни, в целом все было отлично, единственный минус персонал лобби бара...хамы, жмоты и тд, то стаканов нет, то алкоголя нет, то деньги им давай, хотелось дать по клавишам каждый раз когда их видишь! Спасибо анимации-Аня, Риа, Карина, Рамбо, вы суперпупер :) из-за них пришлось участвовать во всех конкурсах и дискотеках ;)

Prachtig gelegen hotel maar kamers hebben dringend vernieuwing nodig. Grote fout, normaal kan je gaan eten in de zusterhotels in de buurt, allen zijn gesloten. 2De enorm nadeel, de pier om in de zee voorbij,het rif te geraken is afgesloten. Wil je snorkelen moet je 1 km verder gaan in het gesloten hotel, gewoon belachelijk! A la carte kan je de speciale restauranrs niet noemen, er wordt gewoon een menu geserveerd, kwaliteit was dan nog eens slechter dan het buffet. Het buffet daarentegen is wel variërend en vrij smaakvol. Free wifi,is enkel in de lobby van 10 uur tot 24 uur, het restaurant en bar vlakbij hebben geen bereik! Wil je overal internet betaal je 8 € per dag, en ook deze faalt regelmatig. Aan het strand super vriendelijk personeel net zoals in het restaurant. In de bar moet je dranken zelf bestellen, daarna wordt het gebracht. Hier kan se service iets beter. Ook een nootje of,zoutje bij de apero is niet voorzien; voor ons krijgt het hotel een zes op tien, vooral de afgesloten pier werkt op onze zenuwen.

Lovely hotel
Lovely friendly staff, great pool and beach with plenty of fish to see just off the jetty among the coral. Our meal in the French a-la-carte restaurant was the highlight meal of our stay! We also did a snorkelling excursion down to the national park which we highly recommend. Overall a great hotel

Friendly resort
Nice place but a little noisy at night. Rooms have no noise insulation. Not a problem if you're a deep sleeper.
