"Every thing in the hotel was great"

"Good: they have a daily free shuttle bus to Naama Bay at night, all food inclusive, helpful and great staff willing to help you solve issues, help you calling taxi, etc. You can snorkel and get great massages. Bad: bad internet, no WiFi in rooms and the one in reception is very slow, they must raise their cleaning standards, they don’t clean cups/glasses in the room even if they are used, had to ask the cleaner to leave soap. A very big hotel. Small beach area."

"- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. They are strict on time - so make sure you’re not late for the times listed (they will not accept that you are late and will probably tell you to have to pay for your food from the bar at...

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...

"Unfortunately this property has not been upkept for a long time - the pictures are from when the property was likely first built and now the paint in peeling off everywhere, appliances old and failing and general cleanliness not great. All that said, the staff are very helpful and want to help as much as possible. The villa is in a great location (next to the Monte Carlo hotel) although the noise from the hotel comes straight across, especially at night when they are blaring music all...

"It is not the property in the photo. It is large but run down and it is most definitely not "amazing"."
