Ha bajado sensiblemente el hotel! He estado varias veces, en los últimos años todo estaba de maravilla, ahora la limpieza es menor y la calidad ha bajado, tanto en la habitación como en la comida! Cada vez más oriental que occidental, tanto en servicio como en sus usuarios

Hotel bien ubicado y cerca de centros comerciales, un parque y calles con muchos negocios. El bufet decepcionante. La atención por parte del personal fue exelente. La habitación cómoda.

Un Sheraton bueno y bien cuidado
Muy buen hotel en Shantou . Esta nuevo y bien mantenido . El desayuno variado y quizás el único realmente occidental de Shantou. Tan solo debieran entender que el uso de gorro en la piscina es para evitar pelos en la misma , por lo cual no deben perseguir constantemente a una persona que es 100 % afeitada tal cual una bola de billar , que es mi caso .

Best Hotel in Shantou / El mejor hotel en Shantou
The only hotel suited for "western foreigners" in Shantou besides de Meritus Hotel. The hotel is only one year old and it´s facilities are great. The staff is very gentle but their english is what you can hope in Shantou...

Great hotel, better than usual in China!
This is the best hotel in Shantou by much, second is the Meritus but if you are looking for a well known "western" hotel this is the only one you´ll find in this town. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The Gym is great, the spa is luxurious but too expensive compared to any other 5 star hotel in China. My only complaint is about the fact that most of the staff won´t understand but the most basic "Tarzan like" english with the usual "no problem" when they can´t understand at all... Anyway, this is very usual in China and sometimes you just have to understand that you are the foreigner so you are the one suposed to understand their language...

房間整潔，但有點舊，早餐選擇多，但味道一般，若可以多加一點潮洲特色便更好。前台做事很慢，差不多要15分鐘待一位客人，而且check in, check out又在同一櫃枱，若趕著check out便要留意了。

Nice hotel with perfect location nearby the big shopping mall. Staff is very nice and helpful. Though the hotel is a little old but the maintenance is good. Have an enjoyable trip with family. Would love to stay at this hotel next time.
