Well- located for reaching the main destinations, but nowhere is far on the Isle of Wight. Bus stops nearby. Deck chairs provided in the cupboard under the stairs: ideal for sitting in the courtyard outside. Bed is extremely comfortable."

It is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen/utility room. It is clean, tidy and well-maintained. The garden is lovely (would have been even lovelier if the weather had allowed us to use it!). "Beautifully furnished and in good decorative order. Loads of space, really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds. There was a big box of toys for the little ones to play with, as well as baby gates, a travel cot and other useful things for kids. It was the ideal location for our trip. Nothing at all, it was all great!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy.
