Excelente hotel bien ubicado
Excelente servicio, muy céntrico a unos pasos de people square y de la estación. Increible servicio de spa, alberca y gym (incluido en el costo). Por unos dolares mas tienes acceso al lounge con excelente servicio, comida y bebidas. Amabilidad de todo el personal, pero en especial de Oscar y Jose de la recepcion que hablaban español y nos ayudaron muchisimo en la estancia

Mala atención en el restaurant
La atención en el restaurant deja mucho que desear y es inaceptable para esta categoría de hotel Los platos llegan de a uno y cuando el primer comensal está terminando el cuarto comienza Lo mismo nos ocurrió con las bebidas que llegan tarde y aun después de los plato También mientras estábamos cenando realizaban tareas de limpieza y reparaciones

Buen hotel, le hace falta renovación y lo más desagradable de la estadía, es que la reserva se hizo para tres adultos y nos colocaron en habitación con cama king size y no colocaron cama adicional, situación está que no me parece correcta.

EXCELENTE todo. Precioso. Impecable. muy bien comunicado con metros! Limpieza excelente La única crítica es que habíamos tomado una habitación con vista Sky-line y no la respetaron.

Hotel no respeta lo adquirido
Compramos una estancia por dos noches con desayuno incluido y el hotel no quiso respetar los desayunos para los 3 huéspedes señalando que el paquete solo incluya dos desayunos. Aún cuando llegamos un día después y perdimos una noche de hotel por retraso de 24 horas de nuestro vuelo, el hotel no tuvo flexibilidad alguna ni ninguna muestra de gentileza para con el tema del desayuno

Love the location of this hotel! It’s a short 3mins walk to Nanjing Road and the Metro Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I have nothing but praises for this hotel! Kudos to the staff who have rendered excellent customer service and full of initiative! Will definitely return when I go to Shanghai.
