"The service is so good at this quirky hotel, it’s hard to give it anything but a solid rating. I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons, but I’ve seen cleaner toilets in a prison and the bed was rock hard, even by Chinese mattress standards. The place is nicely located to explore Old Street and other parts of the city, but it needs to work on it hygiene and amenities."

"The JOYMOON hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was amazing for the price. Service checking-in was a bit questionable. No smiles or welcoming - all business! I stayed on the main road side which was very loud with the chronic sounds of vehicle horns of all hours.
