La propiedad es promedio, pero el desayuno es excelente. Ellos preparan los huevos a la orden y tienen una variedad de opciones de donde escoger el tipo de desayuno que se desee.

The front entrance (outside) was messy looking (dirty). We departed about ten in the morning (Friday) . Admittedly customers will not be checking in at that time.

Our dog travels with us and this hotel arranges folks like us on the top floor which makes it more work with a pet, baggage, etc. most hotels do it just the opposite and uses the bottom floor with folks that have a pet traveling with them. Other than that it was nice

During our stay, we had encounters with 3 different front desk personnel. Check in lady was extremely nice, and greeted me by name. Second Lady was at midnight, when we had to take out our dog for his last potty break of the evening,she gave our pup a treat and pet when we came back in. The third young lady was during our check out, she thanked us for choosing Best Western, and asked if we needed any thing before we left. Also, another delightful woman was the lady that was in charge of the breakfast fare. The offering for a weekday breakfast was amazing, wheat&white bread for toasting, muffins, bagels, jam,jelly,peanut butter, cream cheese,waffles, cold cereal, 3 types, oatmeal, several flavors, juice 3 kinds, milk, coffee with multiple creamers, bacon, shredded potatoes, AND that sweet woman cooked guests eggs to order! If we ever go through Shamrock, TX again we will definitely stay at the BEST WESTERN there!

This property is clean, easy access from the interstate. Staff was great - helped hubby get his breakfast because he uses a cane. Would definitely stay here again!

I like the easy parking. I didn't like the fact that we saw so many dogs staying there. Also, the rooms need to desperately be updated. The breakfast isn't nearly as good as it used to be. Needless to say we were very disappointed in our stay and will probably look elsewhere for our next booking

Great place
Stayed on our way to Arkansas. Very nice hotel. Even though their whole housekeeping crew quit the day before, everything was outstanding.

Older motel like property. Would stay again. Very limited choices for breakfast. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Travelling with a pet.

Checked in 1100pm. The a/c didn't work. Room was hot. Frt desk gave me an attitude and said, "you realize it's going down to 44 tonight? You probably won't even need the a/c." (it didn't even get close to 44) Second room, a/c wasn't turned on. Turned on and started unpacking. Room was still hot and humid and a/c barely working. Tub had stains, sink didn't have a stopper and room had somewhat of a bad smell. Too tired. Tried to open right side of big rectangular window. Frame was very rusty and taped shut. Got other side open but there where holes in the screen. Turned lights off and laid down. Awake 15mins later - bedbugs. 2:30am we're packing up and moving to 1st floor. A/c was somewhat better but not good. Window shears were dirty, very stained and had holes. Refrigerator had such a bad terrible smell we couldn't use it. Next morning we left the room at 9am, got back 10pm. Went to swipe the entry card and the door swung open. When the cleaning person left it that morning, they never completely closed the door so the room was left open all day. We come to Shamrock quite a bit and always stayed here. Not anymore.
